The store was very busy just after we arrived and though she was the only staff member on site at that time, Anna answered all of our questions, which were many. It's not often that we experience someone that can remain composed with a busy environment. Also a plus is that Anna speaks Spanish fluently”
“Id give a fifth star if T-Mobile held up their promise, but the deal I signed up for never got integrated and I'm still hoping they will make things right. I do my services at a different store but went to this one because it's close to work. Mikel and Frankie here in vista even though their hands are a bit tied in this situation and I have to go to the top, they provided excellent and friendly customer service and I recommend them. Recommending T-Mobile on the other hand if you're a former sprint customer.... Not so much if you're also one of the accounts that didn't get transitioned over properly.”
