Big shoutout to Hatch outdoors for their quality reels. I am on my third reel. This review is specifically for my 7 plus that had some minor spool issues. Sent it in for repair and customer service was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Calls were returned and I felt as if I was being treated like one of their own! Not only are Hatch reels the best in the business, there is no chance customer service can get better than this. Just wanted to give you guys a huge THANK YOU for your hard work. Cheers. -Kevin
