It took a while but omg I LOVE MY NAILS! My tech was super patient and tried to calm me down, I get nervous with the filing tool.
They are moving locations, be sure to show your support!!! I'm going to be a repeat customer here.

My nails were so strong and long prior to coming here. Dip usually lasts me 3 weeks, maybe 4. My dip manicure lasted 2 days the top coat peeled off. All my nails are so thin and breaking. They HURT I'm afraid to go back and get them fixed or taken off due to the pain I'm still in 1 week later. The lady did my cuticles AFTER the manicure and made me bleed a few times. I am so upset I cheated on my normal nail place, I was in the area and had time to kill so decided to stop in.

Never going back only went because I had a gift certificate, as soon as I walked in the lady that greeted me stated the opened at 9:30am but doors were open at 9:25am all I went in for was to ask what time they would be able to take me or if I need appointment. My pedicure was really good , manicure too but my gel manicure didn't last which I'm bummed it lasted one night .

Unable to request a particular manicurist/pedicurist. Chair was dirty. Pedicurist was rough and unprofessional. His manicure was not what I asked for. I will never go there again.

This used to be my go-to for a pedicure and manicure . Went today for a gel pedicure and the guy who did it was so slow and they look terrible. Was supposed to match my nails but looks nothing like them. Not sure what happened to the nail techs that were there from before but looks like there must have been a change in ownership. I only recognized two of the ladies

The vibe of this horrific establishment is beyond pitiful. The lack of respect and consideration I received from the moment I stepped in a took a look around , all eyes on me moment...was like a lightbulb shining bright and myself realizing to quickly "run for the hills".. who the heck wants a massage from technicians that obviously do not want your business. The website says open until 7. I was not a walk-in. I called and made an appt.. I even executed an additional courtesy call to revise my request, and they said that was fine. Come on in! I was estatic!!! Solooking forward to a bit of r&r..... I even shortened the massage time in length so they could head out and not be stuck working for my sake. why? i am considerate. perhaps that too must be corrected for my patience runs thin when a customer is treated with no value.Once I got there, the managers arms were crossed, with the concept of observation I perceived that they made me feel 150% unwelcomed. Pardon me, but your arms crossed is a sign of unwillingness, and poor etiquette. I highly recommend a course on manners 101. Furthermore, if my time slot was not conducive then simply say, no, we are closing early.... I would have been totally cool with that, and have gone somewhere else. Obviously you do not want business and your eager beaver attitude to feel as though I inconvenienced you all AFTER I, the customer, shows up, on prompt schedule is unparallel. How trite. WOW, how dare you waste my time. Good luck Happiness, you could use an edit on your establishment name, for it is far from a happy experience. WARNING -> GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I've been coming to this salon for a while, but now is under new management. I went twice for a fill and nail polish chipped both time. So I went back a third time spoke to owner she said oh alot of water damage, yet it was their work both times... she claimed I needed a full new set... so I went with it but also told her it was her shop that did a horrible job. Anyways after getting a new set one nail broke went back and they fixed at no charge but just for two others to break. whats the use of getting them done here if you have to come back every couple of days .when Tom and Lee were here I never had a broken nail and they were always on point. If your looking to get your nails done, and done right don't go here.i work to hard just to throw money away for a bad nail job.

Waited forever after they took other walk ins without an appointment before my daughter and we was there first. Lady kept talking to other people while working on me. On top of that lady was very rude yelling at my daughter asking what I want. I will never be be going back. Terrible customer service and manners at that.

For the name of the salon I did not walk out very happy…I has to find a shop that would do my nails in time for the USMC ball and I used to know Tom who worked here since I was a little girl and he was EXTRAORDINARY at doing nails. I call them to make an appointment with him and turns out he left. So I kept the appointment thinking the people who work there were hopefully like Tom. And boy was I wrong.During my appointment the lady kept talking over me and I couldn’t get more than 3 words before she said “I understand I understand” and then proceeded to explain exactly what I didn’t want and kept wanting to give me a glossy silver sparkle instead of the matte/rough top. And the sparkle on the nails I wanted was not silver. It looks like it from the picture but anyone who’s gotten their nails done regularly as long as I have (3 years) understands there’s a difference between shiny black sparkles and silver sparkles. The lady I was with waited until AFTER she put the tips on to tell me she couldn’t do what I was asking so I couldn’t up and walk out how I wanted to because I already had the tips and part of the acrylic on. And then during the service she proceeded to shake my hand to “relax it” no matter how many times I said I couldn’t relax it any further or else I’d have no bones in my hand. I literally had to call my grandma who was a nail tech for 20 years to come to the salon and talk to them and stay with me before I lost my mind.I had to change the design because I originally wanted to change it (since they couldn’t so what I asked) to a fire kinda design and then I just wanted out of there before I went to jail so I ended up deciding on just adding rhinestones in hopes to make them look semi decent. Which it didn’t. Clearly. I’m going to the USMC ball and the nails I have now don’t even look anywhere good to the dress I’m going to be wearing. It will be embarrassing if I walk into ball hall with the dress I have and the nails they give me.I’m going to another salon tomorrow to get them fixed since I refuse to go back to this salon since Tom left.
