We just bought our first home with Green Team Realty and we're so happy we chose them as our realtor!! Joe Green was very professional, answered all of our questions and really made our first home purchase a stress free experience. He quicky processed our paper work and we thankfully closed way sooner than expected. Our first time buying a home was and has been a great experience thanks to Joe. I genuinely felt cared for and he had my best interest in mind. I cannot say enough about their integrity, professionalism and knowledge. He kept us updated through the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is buying a home. Thank you so much Joe Green!!

This review is so way overdue ! My husband had to take a job in another state.The green team initially sold us our house 5 years ago and we were so happy then and never thought we would have to move. So we get notice we’re moving now out of state, long story short we ran into a multitude of obstacle and life’s hardships during the time we decided to sell th house. Joe green and his team took care of us like we were family. I barely had time to clean, pack and take car of personal business Joe and his team put me at ease and handled each and every detail that needed to be fixed or resolved. We not only handles business in person but he handled all issues while we were out of via phone to make allAdjustments and transitions as easy as possible...thank you Joe, Jennifer And team I am so humbled to know we still have people that work with integrity and care..All our blessings to youJoseph and Jessica linden XOXO

This review is SO overdue..... First time home buyers that had minimally started the process with another brokerage (basically just received what interest rate we would qualify for). However, in attempting to do our due diligence, we reached out to Joe Green to see if the interest rate he projected was the same. He was able to get us a loan with a lower interest rate by 0.5%! He also brought to our attention a certain tax savings because of our specific situation that saves us an additional $300/month on our mortgage payment - something the other brokerage wasn't even aware of. I can't even tell you how many times we had to go back and forth with Joe changing the specifics of the loan due to tax, pmi, and other concerns (all because our, and the seller's situations kept changing). He handled the entire process with so much grace, understanding, and the most upbeat attitude. I can't recommend him enough. He is AMAZING!!!! Thank you, Joe!!!!!!!
