That old lady idk her name but she absolutely ruined my haircut experience, first she was staring at her hand picking at something in front of me for 5 solid minutes and then proceeded to cut my hair with the clippers without turning it on and it absolutely hurt because it pulled my hair, not just that but she didn’t cut how i specified, i wanted a low fade and i look completely bald, she just doesn’t know how to cut hair at all, ive cut hair before and she doesn’t know the basics of cutting hair, worst haircut of all time , someone should ban her from cutting hair.

I stopped at this location as a last-minute decision because I was trying to grow my hair out, but honestly, I love my hair short.
I was here on a Sunday and Alexis cut my hair . I have to tell you that I’m so so happy with the cut. I showed her a picture and she did her thing. I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks for a trim.

Got home after my haircut and saw blood near the type of my ear from a blaze cut that the hair stylist did and didn’t even apologize or tell me anything when it happened. I called the location an hour later and asked to speak with a manager. The manager said I would get a follow up call and it never happened. Won’t plan on coming back to Great Clips in Vista

Stylist: Jennifer @Vista Village Great Clips has been cutting our Autistic son (19 yrs old) Christopher's hair for over a year now. We so, so love his haircuts by her, but more importantly, Jenn is really awesome w/Chris. To find someone that understands how routine is important for our kiddos on the SPECTRUM is a true blessing! Closed and locked doors at least 10 minutes prior to closing time at 7pm. I can't stand lazy workers! Until it's 7pm on the dot that door should be unlocked and open for business. Otherwise change your hours!

Stylist: The stylist was very lax with the service. I never had a stylist ask me if I ever wanted to put the hair product myself. I’ve always had the stylist style my hair after the cut.

I like checking in on the app & not having to wait. Always get a good cut here & they're generous with coupons. Nice little street, big parking lot in back.

I am delighted with the way my boys look after their visits to this place. The staff here are excellent at making toddlers look fresh and presentable. As a parent, I appreciate the fact that they are quick and efficient, as my little ones don't have much patience. I feel fortunate to have found this place and would highly recommend it to other parents.

Hit or miss I've been going for over a year because their prices was cheaper than most and I initially had some good experiences, however over time they became just adds expensive as the other professional local barber shops (non-commercial) And I've gotten some bad cuts from barbers who seem like they Didn't care just.in-n-out. Know exactly what you want or who you want or it's going to be a bad time. I had to move on unfortunately.

Not recommended. Make sure to bring your mask with you as they won't give you a haircut without it
