Interior cleaning could be better, for $29 NEEDS improvement. They call it a "Light Wipe" If you want clean, you have to upgrade to any of their 10 detailed packages from $130 to $400.

I had to ask them to vacuum and wipe down a large area in the back that was very obviously missed. They had placed a plastic cover that had fallen off in the side door and weren't going to let me know it had been broken. I addressed the manager and he told me it was laying in the floor when they started cleaning the car, which I know is not true because the car is less than two months old and the cover was on. He insisted they didn’t do it, and did not offer any type of resolution. Definitely would not recommend this location for the price and value.

I had a decent experience but the quality of the car wash itself was lacking. I decided to spend a little more money and got the #3 wash with the expectation that my car would receive a more thorough exterior wash. I was disappointed that it was quickly just pushed through the line and not given a decent scrub. The guys did a great job drying it off but paid no attention to the fact they were just wiping down a dirty surface. I feel a little more attention could have and should have been given when paying over $28.00 for a car wash. Not sure if I'll recommend this place in the future.

I've been to several car wash shops over the years and this place does the best job of them all. I go every other week. Love the staff. I highly recommend Genie. They keep my BMW and Mercedes looking brand new!

Love these guys, very detailed oriented, friendly, they do a good job at making a fast and efficient wash, yet not forgetting the details. Hand Wash package is the best, highly recommend them

Today was the first and last time visiting this place, they did a lousy job. The car wasn’t cleaned or dried properly. It was still dirty on the outside. They were done with it in 5 minutes. Terrible place, stay away, it’s a complete waste of money. $25 in for 5 minutes of “work” it’s great business for them, however they deliver the worst service.
