They like to mark packages as ‘refused’ when they don’t feel like driving the rest of the way to your house with a 24/7 gate guard. It’s fun to call multiple times a day trying to find your package that you’ve been waiting at your house all day for the 5th day that’s ‘out for delivery.’ When you call in the fun they like to pass you around from country to country testing every facet of their customer support system where you will tell them your address over and over and over again. No matter what you say, no matter the details of the case, their support will only say that they’re working to get you the package. After this 5th day of waiting at my door for 7 hours, I’m starting to think it’s policy to lie.
