I had been trying to return a rug for almost 2 weeks and the previous FedEx locations I stopped at were not very helpful and would not take it. Gabby at this location was phenomenal; she was really great at problem-solving and efficient! She helped make it happen, and had excellent customer service through the whole experience. This will be the FedEx I return to every time going forward.

Horrible horrible customer service. Please, no one lean on the counter or the little girl will start recording you. Go ahead and keep my $11 that I have already paid for, for my documents I was picking up.

Would give this place a 0 stars! The printer machine was not working so Darius offered to help me as I was rushed and then he told me at the end of printing my paper work the total plus an additional $2 ish for something that took less than 1 min ! He did not tell me there was an additional charge for the own printer Machine not working !! 0 communications with the additional charge I thought he was just being kind enough to help

Store states that they close at 7pm (on this Monday at least), but they closed well before 7pm. I was at the front door at 6:50pm and the store was already closed.

Came in for an issue w a package I didn't receive, the manager here helped me connect w an actual person in customer service. I was able to resolve my issue. I will be coming to this location only for all of my future shipping needs.
