I went there and they told me at the door they don't want new customers and sent me away. WTF I drove to their store after googling company. The guys at NAPA next door were great and very helpful. Forget Fastenal they don't want business. I gave them a star because I had to give them something unlike the service they gave me. Is this company open to the public if not put it on the website.

Ridiculously rude worker. They don't give a damn about the customers. It appears as tho I was a nuisance shopping there, and treated like I'm d*** because I don't know the metric conversion sizes in bolts. I will never return. Save yourself the bad experience and skip this location. Also they don't take cash... like what?!
