It seems that different enterprise locations charge different rates on security deposits. I assumed it was because the vehicle I chose. In most cases Luxury cars will have a higher security deposit. This location charges 300.00. Other locations will charge less than that. I'm not sure why the Vista location charges that much but I'll assume it's because of the area and the manager or owner running that location. If the security deposit doesn't bother you then great. After reading other reviews and seeing this location has a 2.9 rating, it makes me feel that's a rip off. If you are or have good driving history and on a budget, then I'd say do some more research at other locations. I would also say that I'm motivated by a place with more positive reviews and ratings with at least above a 3.8. This could be something management in that store could improve on.

Follow-up Review: Excellent Customer Service Recovery! After initially leaving a negative review, I feel compelled to provide an update on my experience with Enterprise. Following my review, I was pleasantly surprised when the manager, Brittany, reached out to me personally to address the situation. She took the time to rectify the issue and credited the money into my account. Despite having moved on and forgotten about the incident, I was genuinely impressed by the proactive steps taken by Brittany and the Enterprise team to make things right. It's clear that Enterprise is committed to living up to their company motto of treating customers the way they should be treated. I appreciate the effort they put into following up and rectifying the situation, which speaks volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction. I believe it's important to acknowledge when a company takes the necessary steps to make things right, and in this case, I can confidently say that Enterprise went above and beyond to address my concerns. Kudos to Brittany and the Enterprise team for their exceptional customer service recovery. I hope this updated review provides a more accurate reflection of my experience with Enterprise, and I commend them for their efforts in resolving the issue. This July, I'll be back to rent a car, for a two-week road trip!

Great experience with Emily from Sales. I went from a rental to buying a car from the lot and she helped me from looking at cars to driving away in one. She was super helpful and made the experience easy.

I had reserved a rental car through my insurance company. We were in and out in 20 minutes which was great. They had our information which made the entire process seamless.

I am very upset, lack of professionalism. Employees don't communicate well. I called in and they Said I needed a temporary license paper. I get one and I paid uber to get their. They then tell me temporary license paper has to be dmv stamp. They made me waist my time and money

Great experience with the staff. I ran into an issue with my debit card payment but I looked through my online banking app and quickly saw the charge went through. They were capable of dropping me off and picking up from the nearby caliber collision mechanic once I dropped off my car.

This has got to be the BEST enterprise location in the entire franchise! I’ve now used them three times all during peak holiday season travel and they are the kindest, most welcoming and hospitable enterprise crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Even when it’s slammed (I counted 13 reservations ahead of me just recently), they are sure to acknowledge/welcome you and move so quickly and efficiently I couldn’t even really count the minutes it takes for them to get to you because I was just in awe of what a tight ship they run all while being so friendly! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend! Especially Jessica and Yessenia (sp - sorry!) are two that I’ve gotten to meet multiple times and are awesome!

After booking at a different car rental agency for the wrong weekend, they were unable to find something for our trip to Disneyland for a Run Disney Marathon Weekend to use. Getting online and a phone call to Enterprise Car Rental and they had us back on schedule with a better choice and selection of vehicles at a lower price. By the way this all happened on a Friday at 8:35 am in the morning. The car we were given was cleaned and washed and had a full tank of gas and drove great with no problems. We returned on Monday morning at 9:00 with a great Check-in process with Jake at Enterprise. So the moral of the story is save time and headache and your first call should be to Enterprise, Let them provide your means of transportation when needed. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service extended to me by Enterprise Vista. They attended diligently to all my concerns regarding the rental vehicle exchange that I made. I extend my kudos to Office Manager Claire and assistant Trixie (apologies if I did not get her name right) for ensuring my unmitigated satisfaction before I lift the rental office.
