They are not responsible the owner is not a man of his words I went to buy a stereo and they keep changing the date about the parts they order for my car I definitely I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

I should've known Better. Get everything in WRITING before leaving keys ! I didn't sign anything before leaving, either. TWO RED FLAGS ! Better yet, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Owner told me that a "diagnostic" for my inoperable AC blower would be about a half hour, then depending upon findings, go from there. I specifically asked to be CALLED if it would go beyond that. He called and said it was "ready". Turns out it was a Relay ($5 part) that needed old one pulled from fuse block, and new one plugged-in. Ultra-simple task ! To the tune of $165 !!!! This, folks, is an Unconscionable Breach of Ethics. No Car Audio shop charges $165 for a half hour. I was so stunned ... that I Actually PAID it ! The thing that the owner is short sighted about, is that treating customers this way, inspires them to Tell Everyone that they know, to AVOID THIS PLACE. Instead, a Smarter business play would've been an extremely Low Bill, since the task was "simple" (according to him);:, and the part is CHEAP. That would've bought him A Lot of Free Advertising from This customer. POOR Choice ! 'Short term Gain, for Long term Consequence'. **** NOTEWORTHY ENOUGH TO ADD: that $5 Relay ... it is USED ! This is a CLASSLESS Business. Will be forwarding to Bureau of Automotive Repairs. I HOPE that people Read this before setting foot in there.

Got my windows tinted there once, came out terrible. Brought it back, they were nice enough to re do them again but they were still awful. A lot of bubbles and dirt. I would never recommend this place for tint. I had it redone by tag motorsports for the same price. Trash…don’t cheap out on tint with these guys. Pay a little extra for quality

They carry a lot more varied inventory than you would expect. Their work is excellent. Definitely should consider/quote them for local installation.

Tint that was installed started fading about 6 months in took it in and the owner said that there was no way it would fade and showed him the receipt to warranty out the work and started ignoring my calls and does not want to honor warranty would definitely not recommend also reported to the BBB

These guys are awesome. I took my 2019 Toyota Camry and had them install my existing system from my old car. They did a great job and I was very satisfied with the price.highly recommend.

I was charged $35 for a part today, that sells for $10-15 online. I didn't realize until I got home how much I was overcharged for it or else I wouldn't have ever purchased it from them. On top of that, the inside of the store is a complete mess.

Great work and done fast. They do more than audio. My driver side door wasn't opening I took it to them they replaced a motor. I also bought a bluetooth stereo plus Installation for $300 (I love it). Good people.

I went to go pick my car up today after asking them to fix my speaker situation and 2 light problems I had on my car. I go in to pick my car up and as Im getting ready to pay the man taking car of my car pulls out a calculator and starts adding crazy numbers like I knew what they meant. He seemed nervous and me only being 19 I obviously don't know any better so I paid the man almost 500 for what seemed like an easy job. I'm home now and as I am looking online for what he said were 160 dollar speakers I come to find out they are only 50 on amazon. I highly advice you walk into this store knowing your stuff so you don't make the same mistake as I did. If I had done it all myself I would have saved almost half my tax return check. I'm going to have a word with this man and see if I can work something out.

This place is garbage.It looks like garbage when you go inside.The owner is a thief and doesn't know how to run a business.Leaves bubbles on your window tint and doesn't give refunds.He's a crook.Does not honor your purchases for an exchange or refund if product is faulty or the signs outside his store.Has you call the brand warranty then charges you for another intallation.There are no set policies.He will modify them, and changes them based on how you act towards him.This place needs to be shut down.Poor representation of our people.Him and his crooked *** staff can go **** themselves.
