Coco is the friendliest and most pleasant checker. If i see her working I'm always hitting up her line. It takes me back to the time when people were nice to one another. Forget basic customer service she is going above and beyond. She is so sweet and real. I hope management reads and values this employee.”

“Id give a fifth star if T-Mobile held up their promise, but the deal I signed up for never got integrated and I'm still hoping they will make things right. I do my services at a different store but went to this one because it's close to work. Mikel and Frankie here in vista even though their hands are a bit tied in this situation and I have to go to the top, they provided excellent and friendly customer service and I recommend them. Recommending T-Mobile on the other hand if you're a former sprint customer.... Not so much if you're also one of the accounts that didn't get transitioned over properly.”

“This store rocks. Yesterday I went to a different Metro the one I've been going to for years and they didn't want to help. They told me I had to buy a new phone the phone was only a year old. So today I found this store solve the problem all they had to do was reset the phone settings and it works now. Hallelujah this is my new store from now on!!!”

“It's 7-Eleven they always have good stuff. The free air machine is sometimes always breaking though. Goodyear on the eBay app might have a good deal on a usb rechargeable digital tyre gauge instead of running in circles trying to stop the constant air flow through the porous black oil tire rubber. Hello. Tweels. Airless road vehicle tires! Amen to that 3/3”

“This four star review is for the checker. Im not a Target fan. Getting the discounts you see on the shelves involves scanning each item using your app. The Target Circle thing is too complicated and time-wasting for me. Yet, the checker who helped me was kind enough to shut off her lane to help me through the process.”

They handled 4 individual lines, a separate carrier, a device activation and a SIM activation like a pro! Answered our questions, explained the process and options, didn't push when we turned down offers, troubleshot a security issue and got us out in under an hour with a smile”

“Day crew that I assume owns the place is nice and friendly. Kid working at 3am on Sunday morning 11/9/21 just lied to me as I pulled in and said they were closed. I believe he didn't want to stop taking the trash out and help me inside. I drove by a few minutes later and he was behind the counter, not closed after all. I imagine the owners wouldn't appreciate this person turning away their business. I don't mind waiting or going somewhere else if it is going to be a while, I just don't like being lied to by a p*****”

“When they were building this place I wasn't to happy about the location and refused to go for the longest time. I was so wrong, it is absolutely convenient for us, we go all the time for lottery tickets and whatever else we need spur of the moment. Just need to pay attention to the shady people hanging around the front and avoid them.”
