Very kind cashier and always kind to talk to, and never talked to the owner, but seems okay. Has a good selection of drinks and snacks that take EBT. It was a little expensive, but again, that's a convenience store that takes EBT. Only have been in the corner store side, though... so I do not know about the market that is attached to the other side of the store. The EBT doesn't cover bags, though there so... yeah.

Super bad service. The owner well come back at you with no doubt even if your a women he will still stand up on you thinking his a big boss! I wanted to return my food order because they didn't give me what I asked and he did not want to he kept going back n forth arguing! He so ridiculous! Never going back again!

Very rude staff and way overpriced.
Save your money and go elsewhere. Also for some reason the staff have really silly rules when you are trying to buy things.
Better stores are in the area.

I love this place! The chips and salsa are so amazingly delicious! I purchased for my open house and all my guests enjoyed. I look forward to coming here for my next carne asada purchase!! Thanks, Marvin!

I usually buy my meat at Sprouts but this time I was running late and decided to stop buy the Egg Market on Santa Fe ave. The 3 people in the butcher station were handling meat, cheese and marinated chicken without gloves. The lady who helped me literally went from grabbing cheese to grabbing uncooked meat. Who knows if she also touched the chicken before going back to the cheese. Those same people also make the ready to eat sauces, cooked food and use bare hands. When I brought this to the owners attention he just seemed to not care because the Health Department does not enforce gloves for uncooked food. However he misses an important point, his employees handle uncooked and cooked food. I have seen them grab guacamole with their bare hands and proceeded to put it in a container to sell to the public, and who knows if they grabbed uncooked chicken before. I doubt that they use proper safe handling procedures. Will not be buying there any more and I do not recommend this place.

The owner here is a culture vulture! And uses the Latino community for his own personal gain and profit! Over priced meats, and produce along with everything else. Also the owner has a very negative energy to us Mexicans he maliciously makes money off of. Very arrogant, hot headed and down right nasty! This place is trash! He should be ashamed of himself and all Latinos should stop supporting this scum bag and his family. He clearly has a personal distaste for Mexicans and is deeply racist towards our people despite Mexicans working there and helping him pay his bills and rent. I would go support the 80 other meat markets in the surrounding area instead of supporting this shop, bad vibes, shitty customer service, butchers are disrespectful and don't pay attention to detail and just over all a bad place! Do not support!

If I could leave less than i star I would. I bought Arracherra Carne Asada meat 3 Lbs at the prices right now it was about $45.00 I shopped around and bought sides and drinks to accommodate my order. To my surprise as My grill is on, and the meat I bought was a much less quality beef product palomia. I was very upset and returned the meat. I asked the front cashiers that the meat department gave me the wrong meat. At this point a aggressive loud Arabic boss or owner yelled that they didn't not take meat returns. I said I didn't want the trash meat. Then he the owner demanded I walk with him to the meat Counter as to confront me for my accusations. The workers timidly responded that I did order the product I request. Owner said I grabbed someone's else's order. As a customer I received the bag giving to me. Also spend a good amount of time buying other items to the expense of $100. At any point in my shopping they could have said I didn't have the right order. The owner told me to not come back. This man is clearly abusive to his workers and anyone around him . Stay clear of this establishment as he thinks his own Latino clients don't have the nerve to stand up to his prejudice ways.

Prices are ridiculous high, from the meat to the candy, aisles are to narrow to navigate i had a hard time walking by them. Definitely not ADA complaint I will be reaching out to the city

Such a beautiful store, very large selection of spirits. I legit don’t know what to chose from because of how many options there is. Staff is very friendly and don’t pressure you into buying anything unlike other liquor stores. Ask for Marvin that guy knows his tequila.
