This dollar tree store location has the worst employees with gross attitudes! Rude! Rude! Rude!

The store was organized with a better selection than most dollar trees in the area. However, this bathroom is absolutely unacceptable. It is beyond filthy and clearly hasn't been cleaned or restocked in quite some time. Even the garbage was filled to the top, a clear indicator that this bathroom has not been tended to. Please do better for your customers!!

Some people have reviewed that THIS dollar tree is messy but it's one the few CLEANEST dollar trees I've stepped foot in.

I get that I came a day before a holiday but the balloons were under inflated. The strangest part to me was the cashiers facing the customers but telling to each other vs facing each other to speak for a moment. Cashier also answered her personal phone while in the middle of scanning my items to speak with her son. Wasn't an emergency from the sound of it. I'm also a parent and a f.t worker, just seemed unprofessional all around. Probably won't visit this location again.

I've been to this dollar tree twice, both times have been such horrible service. the cash register began bagging my items up, so i thought he was going to bag all my items and then he just left it on the counter and began to help the next person putting their things next to mine leaving both of us standing there thinking whats going on. the person before me bought two balloons and he didn't inflate them for her. didn't communicate he was calling for help. she asked him "do i just wait here for you to inflate it?" and he ignored her. he charged me for multiple bags and only gave me one. when i brought it up to him all he did was shrug. this is probably the WORST dollar tree i've been too. next time ill make a further drive and go to a different one. never will be back to this one again.

DO NOT BUY GIFTCARDS HERE! Unlike every other store that sells third-party gift cards, this store doesn't print separate authorization slips to include with the card in case of any issues. Instead, it prints on the main receipt mixed in with other purchases. On top of that, their receipt printer print illegible receipts. There is no way for me to prove that I purchased these cards if any trouble occurs. Really bad practice.

Shopping for my Church, Mariners Oceanside, Outreach and Service Ministry.Purchased most of the items we needed to pack hygiene bags for the asylum seekers that have entered our city.Shopped at the store located off Jefferson in Carlsbad. The cashier was so patient and accommodating as we cleared the three carts we had filled with items for the hygiene bags. My sincere thanks go out to her for her patience and assistance and to The Dollar Tree. One-stop shopping at a reasonable price in a time of need.

Came in and the customer restroom was conveniently out of order, I let my toddler use the other restroom labeled with an added sign "employees only" that was conveniently working and was approached by an unidentified old weird male with tatted sleeves that didn't identify himself as an employee but looked homeless. He made it an issue that I allowed my child to use the restroom and said we couldn't do whatever we wanted. Overall, it was unprofessional and he was weird to he near the restroom while a small girl was in it. I had to ask him to leave us alone while we used the restroom. It made us so uncomfortable we left before we could buy anything and had planned on getting a bunch of fun Halloween goodies. The other employee had on sunglasses at 7 pm and a mask. It was just weird and wildly inappropriate and unprofessional. No old male should be near the restroom while a little girl, or any girl is in it for that matter. He should have and needed to address his concerns AFTER we used it.

this is bullshitttttt do not go!! rude worker name sandra helped me out but didn't even help like huh? anyways i dropped my items because i had quite a few and she just stared and chuckled like wtf she NEEDS to be fired immensely immediately
