I have been a Discount Tire customer for a lot of years because of the great service and lowest prices. Just don't by any other extras; e.g. lug nuts were 3-4X the price of Amazon.

Changed review from one star to five. I went back in the afternoon and there was an attendant at the station. He was very courteous and and thorough.
Tire pressure check is a joke. Sat in line by myself for 10 minutes. No acknowledgment from anyone. Tried to use their equipment by myself. Could not figure it out. Went in to office to check. Long line. Went back to car and drove off.

The wait is crazy. They never have enough front people to help customers. And this is to drop off and for vehicle pickup with appointment. Makes no sense !!! Looking for a new place for sure.

I made an appointment and was quickly checked in by a very friendly employee for a set of four EV Pirelli tires on my Tesla. The process took about 30 minutes. Everything was great until we arrived home. As we were admiring the tires we noticed that three matched and the fourth did not. It was a completely different tire. And one of my rims was damaged in the process. Monday morning I called and spoke to the manager. His response was "Oh wow!" He said it can be taken care of at any location. He looked one up for me and found that they had 7 tires in stock and wrote a note for the other location. His explanation was that "maybe the tire tech just grabbed the wrong tire, it happens, it's human error." It's unfortunate to have to write this, but if it helps others as a reminder to check all the tires and make sure they all match. I do have to say that the tire techs at both locations were courteous , friendly, and welcoming, but sadly this "human error" caused an inconvenience for my husband and I. After paying so much for the tires, we had to make another appointment and head over after a long day at work.

We've been going to this Discount Tire store since we got here over four years ago and definitely recommend them. We've gotten three sets of tires from them and are extremely happy with all of our interactions with them.
They never tried to up-sell us for more expensive tires and at one point suggested we could wait a few months longer before replacing our tires. They patched a nail in a tire that we did not purchase from them and refused to charge us for it. They also replaced the lug nuts on all four of the wheels on my truck (with lug nuts I provided) and also refused to charge me for it.
There's a lot more to tires than just the price. We'll keep going to our awesome local Discount Tire store.

I came in with my Rav 4 because my rear tire was low and I thought I had a nail in my tire. I was greeted by Marcos who helped me before. He is an exceptional employee. Professional, kind and helpful. Definitely manager material!!!!
Quinton took care of the tire and he too was amazing kind polite and helpful.
I wanted to say thanks to both for a great job.
