I've used Discount in Vista many times and always had a great experience. Free rotation, flat fixes and great deals on all tires. The manager and employees here have always been polite and provided good service. I had a return because I didn't like the size and look of my truck tires and they handled it professionally even / especially when the miles were a bit outside the policy!

Returned every month since January 2024 because of low tire pressure. Each time they had an excuse.i returned today and told them for the forth time That the reason my tires don’t hold air is because of corrosion in the wheels.possibley. “Oh we’ll check that”.( four times!!!) after four hours I called then.(my car is all set, they said)
I picked it up and found they checked one tire.(new valve stem cap)
I could go on and on ,but why. I’m done with discount tire.
Forgot to mention I asked for new wipers…never happened

"I'm overall not happy with their service. When I called, the price they gave me, including installment, was lower. However, when I went there, they added the installment fee to the total. I informed them about my conversation with one of their salespersons, but Ruben didn't accept it. Anyway, it was only $22.00, and I installed four new tires. It wasn't worth arguing over, but my husband needed four new tires and went to Costco instead. He paid a higher price for quality tires since he is major driver ,but received good quality and excellent service. They even told him to come back after driving 25 miles to check the tires to ensure everything was okay and provided all the necessary instructions and paperwork. On the other hand, Discount Tire only gave me my receipt and no instructions or further assistance. They just handed me my keys and said goodbye. It's no wonder Costco has excellent business. I used to go there several years ago due to good customer service i guess, but made a huge mistake. I would not recommend them at all. When I compare their service to Costco they should get minus Star.

Armando and his staff were great. Great customer service, they took me in as a walk-in 2 hours prior to closing and they finished the work on car! Would go again.

I highly recommend Discount Tires! I go to the one off Melrose in Vista,CA. They are always friendly and super helpful. Today I received awesome customer service from Ismael whom happens to be the manager. I've seen him there before and he's always busy working. He went thru various options to help me find the best deal and the best discounts. Thank you so much Ismael!

Like a Race Team Pit Crew, Quick! Arrived for a tire rotation and spoke to Juan. He introduced himself, examined the tires, and had his Pit Crew go to work. Hadn't finished going through all my email accounts and the car was done. Wow! Amazing. Had purchased the tires from Discount Tires a few years ago and so the tire rotation was free. Great value for $ Have to say: for this region of North San Diego County, my best Discount Tires experience yet!
