Absolutely horrible place to work. Very very poor working conditions. Constantly expected to put your body and hands in the way of fast spinning propeller blades that have no covers or safety percausasions. Extremely poor communication on management's part being THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. I was hired knowing this , management knew I didn't speak Spanish. Yet I was fired for not speaking Spanish. They stress Quantity over quality and lack safety. My production and attendance exceeded beyond expectations, but was let go due to managers only speaking Spanish. This is the only job I've ever worked were management will tell you to not help someone who's struggling. Extremely overworked people for them to be fired randomly at the whim of management. They use temp agency to hire in mass and fire in mass. Very very very very POOR PLACE TO WORK!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ENERGY WORKING HERE. In this company there is a lot of favoritism, bullying, and it is hostile work environment. Tony Gonzalez likes to lie to his own boss by telling him that he gives his coworkers warnings before he fires them but he doesn’t. As a matter a fact they tell their workers to punch out for lunch but to keep working because all they care about is the work getting done rather than their workers, and then they fire workers for it, without any warning. There are a lot of workers that take part in this but you will only get fired because you are disliked by the him and that’s where the favoritism shows. It’s also illegal but they take advantage of people that don’t know much about this. They do not care about your health, or well being so please don’t waste your time.

They don't respond to complaints and their barbed fittings are not barbed. Won't buy again.

Not bad on a pick up here... You will have to back in from the street, but they load you up in a timely manner. Would definitely, come back here again for another load.

Bought the micro drip kit for my raised beds. I ran into trouble installing (all because of my own doing). The customer service I received when I called in was amazing. I highly recommend this product AND the company. My micro drip tubing is in our raised beds and connected to a timer. It works fabulously well. Thank you!

I purchased a kit from Home Depot and when I got home I realized the kit was missing the 1/4 inch tubing. I emailed DIG to see if they would send me the missing part or if I should just return my kit. Within a couple hours I got an email asking for my address so they'd know where to send it. No questions asked. When I received the package I was surprised to find two rolls of tubing instead of one, to compensate for the issue. I was absolutely blown away by their quick response and their willingness to send the missing part. I will definitely be supporting DIG whenever possible going forward.

I've had to call a couple of times to figure out how to program an old timer and the new solar powered hose timer. The staff has always been extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions to ensure the timer works for my quirky irrigation system.

I bought their model FM01AS Balcony drip system starter kit at Home Depot for 12.00 or so. It was the hardest kit I have EVER used. The connectors for the tubing were so hard to fit that I almost permanently damaged my thumb trying to get them to work. They "say" try soaking the tubing in hot (but not boiling) water. HA! no difference. They DON'T tell you you need a flow restrictor on your hose bib to prevent causing damage and leaks. The manual that comes with the kit is a giant ad for their products. It doesn't even talk about this kit of how to install it!! You have to go to their website for that! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I had to call a sprinkler guy to come over and install a Rain Bird system that Rocks! Cost me $385.00!! When I tried to call tech support, they were too busy for me. I was put on eternal hold and finally ditched into voicemail several times. This company is a joke. Rain Bird, you have nothing to worry about!

I recently had a product by DIG that broke. In trying to find a replacement I discovered that they no longer made the product and sold it in stores. I ended up contacting someone at DIG directly and found I could buy some replacement parts so I would be able to fix the broken situation with my sprinkler timer. I live in the area so I drove to their main office in Vista and purchased the replacement part. The guy was super helpful and offered advice to follow when fixing. Long story short, it wasn't working out when I tried to fix over the weekend. I ended up at Home Depot purchasing another DIG product and had to retrofit my current set up to accomodate the newly purchased timer. I called today to ask about returing the BRAND NEW parts I purchased directly from them and was told they don't take back replacement parts, they would only offer an exchange for the same parts. Nowhere on their website, on the receipt given to me in person, or verbally was I told about this return policy. I am really upset that I am stuck with new replacement parts when a return policy is NOT disclosed. Had I known about the return policy, I would not have made this purchase and gambled my money. Beware there is an undisclosed return policy for homeowners purchasing replacement parts.

I've used DIG products on my one acre home site in the Santa Monica mountains for many years and like the products. I had one of their battery controlled timer/valves which was damaged by my gardener. I called the company number and they promptly put me through to a real person, who was knowledgeable and we set up purchase of a replacement part over the phone. The damaged part, a 3/4" valve body, was priced at only $12.50, and shipping was a very reasonable $5.00, not the very high shipping and handling most companies charge. The part came promptly, and I'm back in business with the timer/valve. The pricing was more than fair, and the personal support was exemplary. DIG has earned my loyalty by this exceptional service.
