Phenomenal service by Data Doctors! They recovered my old PC hard drive from 2006. I was able to retrieve thousands of old pictures and even more old music files! They were also very realistic about the expectations. They said it could take a couple weeks but they had it done in 3 days. I am absolutely blown away by what they were able to accomplish and really appreciate them being realistic with expectations. I would highly suggest Data Doctors for your data recovery services!

Al has been my go-to IT tech for 6 years, and I have not had a problem he couldn't resolve both in person or remotely. I now live out of state from this location and all work is performed remotely safely and securely. I highly recommend Data Doctors' monthly subscription service to ensure your system is protected, backed up daily, and you have support whenever you need it. My calls are always responded to by a human and never in an offshore call center. I have upgraded to new systems twice with DD and having a pro do the work right the first time saved me hours of frustration and potential issues. I've received sound advice on both of my new system purchases and have NEVER once been overcharged, and I do my research as I come from a high-tech environment. As a small business owner, DD has replaced the need for an internal IT team. Thank you, Data Doctors, for being a great company of qualified professionals with whom I can trust my business and personal data! This is a very real review from a very satisfied, long-term client.

Worst Customer service and experience ever!You pay an absorbant amount in beginning.. You get charged 49.90 a month for nothing! nothing! they do absolutely nothing! And then you go to try to cancel it, and there's a fee to cancel! We never received a contract we've never received anything from them they're a scam they're an absolute scam I would never recommend them. I don't need to get ahold of you enjoy the stop payment

If you have any computer problems...go to Data Doctors. Joe was super helpful and got my laptop camera working in minutes....I had a big zoom meeting and he fixed the problem. 5 stars for sure for any computer problems. Thank you Joe---Kathleen

I called these guys because my laptop was making a ton of noise every time the fans came on. Other places told me they would have to hold on to my laptop for an extended period, or ship it off site, in order to fix it. Not these guys. They charge $60 to take a look at it, which they said they would apply toward the repairs if I agreed to have them fix it. They looked at it and advised that I just needed to replace the fans, and that the parts would take 4 to 6 weeks to come from China, While that doesn't sound like good news, they were able to assure me that I could continue to use the computer in the meantime without doing any damage to my system. I picked it up and had hardly any downtime. Part arrived in only about 2 weeks too. brought it back and it was fixed in an hour. Best part is they only charged me labor for the hour it took to put the fans in - they waived the diagnostic time. Now my computer works as good as ever and it's whisper quiet. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent customer service. They helped me recover data from my 6TB external HD. Not only were they able to get all of my info back, but they put it on a hard drive that came with a beautiful case! I can't say enough about these guys and the professional service they rendered. I highly recommend them if you are in a data recovery bind!

I have no idea why thisbplace has 4 stars. Definitely deserves 5 stars. Al was the worker that helped me and he was fabulous. If you are looking for a place to fix your computer/ build u one. Just know thisbplace is the placeZ they will work with you and help you with prices. Even after it is done and you need trouble shooting they will help you out. Best customer service i have recieved.

Well, I'll tell you right now, Jorge and Jenn can go pound sand, entitled little twits that they most seemingly are! I brought my horribly running laptop into them today to address a wifi driver that had taken a dump on me. I was expecting to have to go buy a new laptop because of it's overall general malaise, but these gents kindly informed a non-tech fellow, me, that there was good news afoot, and for a few bucks the machine would be a screamer! And it certainly is. And if you think this is a fake review, feel free to click on my past reviews and then decide. This is a very good place, on all levels, and I'm glad to have discovered them.
