My first time in that store they charged me for 2 Arizona cans when I only bought one. On my way back home I happened to get a cut on my hand so I went back and stole band aids and alcohol pads. The employee who charged me was a light skin guy with dreads. Five stars for being a d*** a*** He robbed me for a dollar and four cents.

Clean store inside and out. Nice bright lighting. Nice layout. Easy to read signs for locating items. Shelves were well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I see more visits in my future for this location. 4 stars because the one item I really wanted to get they didn't have. It was in their weekly ad and the staff I asked said they don't carry it, or haven't ever.

quite location, but 1/2 the time I go in this location there are various homeless members walking around with clearly no intent to purchase; a store member even had to call the cops to get someone out of the restroom. Good, kind, employees, store just needs a revamp.

Never printing out photos here again. I printed out my wedding photos and about 20 of them had striping on them. they tried to say it must be my photos but I paid 5k for my photographer and they are legitimately flawless. there is NO striping on these photos from when I have printed them at other locations. No wonder CVS has to offer 50% off of prints to get anyone to order photos from here.

Got there around 1:30 and was told the pharmacist is out to lunch and it would be an hour. Annoying, but I walked around came back in 45 minutes and was told they'd call my name when my order was ready. When they finally called my name and I go up to get it, they rudely tell me I need to get in line now behind 3 other people. This place is disorganized and lacks in customer service. I won't be back.

I had been having quite the challenging time trying to get some of my ivf meds filled. My doctor had a preferred pharmacy they liked to work with, but at my request they sent the rx to my regular cvs pharmacy. Angelica was a Saint. She spent so much time inputting all of my meds and they ended up being covered by my insurance, which saved me over $3000. If it weren't for her kindness, willingness to help and patience, that $ would have been out of pocket!! Very grateful and thankful for her!!

Is this store going out of business? Cant even give one star- but had to to post- they wasted my time with an app that ramdomly choose pics of mine to enlarge and tried to charge me 138.00 for 150 4x6 pics that would be 35-50 other places! They ended up in the basket after almost 40 minutes of being jerked around by poor lady that wasnt skilled in that area and another guy that just walked away without trying to help or answer my questions. Next day I met manager but he too could of cared less. Not even an apology for hours of wasted time downloading pics that they threw in basket . A customer who saw me said its insanity and suggested I go to walgreens. I felt I was in a tv spoof! Customer service? Not here. Poor workers said they could pass on info of an app that is not working properly but nobody listens to them. I feel sorry for anyone that works here.

I am concerned that there are so many negative reviews of this pharmacy. I have been using it for 16 years, and have never had any problem with my prescriptions or technicians - they are always polite and helpful. I am even more surprised that I have tried to post the review twice and it does not come up here.

Yeah, no. I'll be going back to my cvs. Wasn't as friendly and helpful as my usual CVS, actually, rude as hell. I feel like I walked into a strangers house. They must not need any business because they're not doing anything to keep it. I won't make the mistake of going through those doors again.

We been using this pharmacy for 18 yrs. The pharmacy employees has been customer orientated from time to time, but in general have a very lousy disposition. I requested extra information about a brand prescription,well, how dare do I asked for it, the oriental looking technician ( race for ID only) was upset,you could read her body language and attitude. She wrote the amount of the brand on the paper with big numbers, indicating her lack of professionalism. I'm planning to speak with the store manager,have the pharmacy employee present as well as the pharmacist. These employees need to understand, we don't go to a pharmacy to buy " party favors", we go because we are sick or we have a family member who is sick, these employees should have an empathy, and professional attitude, their jobs depended in our purchases there. Human Resources department personnel should spend more time recruiting the "right, person for the position. If I don't get satisfactory solution, I will changed to Wallgreens.

Terrible customer service. The minimum wage girl that answers the phone is super rude, and acts as though she is being put out. Jeez, sorry to ask that you do your job. I'm not going to drag this out, but I concur with the other reviews about this pharmacy. CVS obviously doesn't read Yelp, or just doesn't give a damn. Please fire the rude and incompetent people you have working there.

Hated to give this RX even a 1 star. After retiring I requested all my RX to be transferred to this RX as its close to where I live. After the transfer occurred Pharmacy asked I drop off my new insurance card and give them a weeks notice to refill my RX (my orig. one was for 90 days) they needed to be 30 days. After calling this morning I ran into the most unprofessional rudest person at the RX I think this is the same person that has been rude and acted like I so inconvenienced her before. This female told me I did not have insurance on file, this after I had already visited them with my card a few weeks prior and they mistakenly refilled my RX earlier??? Going to Rite Aid ( 4 miles farther) so to be treated professionally and empathetic as ALL customers should. Avoid this mean uncaring can't be bothered RX go anywhere else. Worst provider ever

Interesting visit today. I went in to purchase a 12 pack of beer I couldn't reach it on the shelf so I went and told the associate Nina that was working. I just happened to be the only one in the store. When I asked her to assist me she acted put out and said she couldn't leave the front end so I asked her if she wanted me to go to another store. She then asked me to watch the front end for her while she went to the back and got the 12 pack of beer. Extremely poor customer service skills.

My day started at 8:00 a.m in the morning on June 13, 2017. The first thing I had to do was go to my Pain Management Facility and have my Doctor write me a new prescription for the 136 tabs I had to bring to his office that I could not take due to a Severe allergic reaction to the cut in the pills which is Acetaminophen. The pharmacy I normally go to and the Pharmacist at the Pharmacy knew I couldn't take this particular brand or Manufacturers brand. (Roache ) So she gives me 43 of the ones I can take orally and 137 in the ones made by Roache Pharmaceutical and the cut in them is acetaminophen that I had a horrible allergic reaction too once again which was way worse than the first time. I have never ever gone to a CVS Pharmacy. I had shopped there on a few occassions, but thats it. The CVS Pharmacist was so rude and treated me like some kinda street thug. I have a Broken Ankle, Multiple Broken Toes, obviously in a cast and on crutches, A Fractured Tailbone, just went through 1 of 5 Surgeries, I had stitches on my face that you can visably see from having Basal Cell Carcinoma Stage II Cancer and 8cm of Cancerous tissue removed from my face and I'm in unbearable pain. The Asian woman behind the Pharmacy counter was so rude No one looks at you, No eye contact, No acknowledgement to those waiting to pick-up there Rx or for those waiting behind me. When she told me That my Rx couldn't be filled by them. I had asked why, I explained that I had to take 136 of them back to my Pain mgmt Dr due to a horrible reaction I have to have this particular brand and the Rx was filled on 6/12/17 and I took one of them that were made by Roache Mfg. Thinking maybe when it happen the first time it was just a mixture of something I had eaten or due to something from over the counter that I had taking. I just took one of these Tabs on 6/12/17 and within 15 minutes I was sick, throwing up, couldn't swallow very good, itchy, and it lasted for about 4 to 5 hours of throwing up, Dry Heaves and so on. So, after I left CVS, I tried Walgreens and was treated rudely and they know me very well from me shopping there and I would take someone there to fill there Rx and I had use them from time to time. The Pharmacist behind the counter at Walgreens off Melrose and Marron said we can't fill it and again I asked why. By law I can't tell you, but your account has been flagged by the Government Controlled Substance Monitoring System and I said it's a replacement for what I turned into my pain mgmt Dr. I haven't done anything wrong. He said " I would of already called the Sheriffs/Police if I thought that. Back to Pain mgmt I go. All these places will be getting very bad reviews and I am banning them for life and I'm not doing anything wrong. I didn't realize I was going to have this problem. I had to do this once before and never had a problem like this.I will never forgive "Wei" for what he said to me. It really hurt me and unnecessary. Back to Pain mgmt for a new Rx. Then try another Pharmacy..

I would give zero if possible. I had to switch from Walgreens to CVS due to insurance and my first experience with this pharmacy was awful. They messed up my prescription the first go around and I had to call and go in the following day. HORRIBLE customer service. Mary Kim in particular was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot when it was them who had made the mistake. She ended the conversation with me as "well you won't be getting anything today" and WALKED AWAY. I called my MD right away and switched to a different location. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy.
