Chris, a technician, is extremely rude and doesn’t listen at all. He talked over me repeatedly saying things that were totally irrelevant to why I was calling. I spoke with the manager, Layla, and all she did was defend her rude technician. I’m filing a complaint with the regional manager for CVS.

Looks like I’m repeating what others have said before me… The Pharmacy is a bit slow at times and there tends to be a line to wait in, but that’s not the reason for this post.The pharmacy tech, Christopher, has struck again and treated another customer in the worst possible way. I picked up a prescription (nasal spray that can actually be sold over the counter) and after I paid, I noticed that the price was double what it should have been. I looked more closely and realized they gave me double the quantity prescribed (correct dose but more than what was needed). When I went back up to the counter to inquire about it and see if I could get the correct size, Christine (who was very helpful and professional by the way) needed to call Chris over to help. He immediately came over with a dismissive attitude and spoke to me as if I was an idiot and didn’t know my own medications.He tried to tell me that they didn’t offer smaller quantities, and this was the only option. I then attempted to explain to him that the medication although prescribed is actually the exact same as an over the counter version that is less than half the price and they had the correct size available. He cut me off and told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and the over the counter medication was a different dosage and for children. He then tried to end the conversation by telling me to go look again, I requested that he join me and I could show him the medication.Needless to say we found it, however he then frustratedly explained to me that he couldn’t get into the cabinet and stormed off. This guy caused an unnecessary scene in front of line of people. He is incredibly unprofessional, gives everyone there a bad name, and shouldn’t be in a customer service position if he can’t deal with customers asking basic questions.

Pharmacy experience is always frustrating. I refill on the phone, maybe will receive notification that it is ready or maybe not. Often when I do get notification it’s ready when I go to pick it up I’m told the medication is out of stock and has to be reordered….then why did it get notification to pick it up?? Now this time it is delayed a week past when I am supposed to take it!!

This was our family pharmacy for 25 years. The current female supervising pharmacist Ms. Wang has reduced me to tears several times when picking up my RXs and hung up on me when I said I don't understand the use of a new medication. My family members are all very upset at the recent customer service in the pharmacy and will be changing pharmacies.

Most of the pharmacy staff are fine but operate painfully slow, so expect to wait a while. I’m mostly leaving a 1 star review specifically because of the pharmacist Chris Ignacio, who has been consistently rude and arrogant in my numerous interactions with him. He thinks he knows better than the doctors who filled your prescriptions. He recently filled my prescription with the wrong dosage and when I showed him the messages from my doctor to try to get him to correct his mistake, he not only made me feel like I was wasting his time, but he also doubled down and condescendingly tried to say that both me and my doctor were mistaken. Chris lacks the necessary empathy and professionalism that is needed as a healthcare practitioner and has no business interacting with customers / patients in this manner. Do better Chris.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever. I have been here multiple times and they never have stuff in stock or it’s back ordered. I give them the benefit of the doubt because they are right next door to the house. This time I went in for a pick up after they text and said it was being filled. Showed up and had me waiting for 20 minutes while they stared at a screen to tell me they are back ordered, and then give me an attitude like it was my fault they didn’t have it, never fails with this place. Doctor changed order to Walgreens which is one block over from this store and had no issues what so ever. They lost my family as customers.

CVS is Always Welcoming. I appreciate the staff and their consistent kindness to me and my mother. All staff are Very Considerate to her needs as an elder, and That is why we return on a weekly basis. Kudos!

Just the WORST pharmacy ever. My monthly rx is NEVER filled until I call to check in on it. I am never rude and when I ask for more clarification on something because I don't understand, I get insulted and treated like I am a nuisance. They're unhelpful, unkind, impatient... I assume they are either understaffed, underpaid or both. Still that's not my problem. I've been going here for years because they accept medi-cal, but I'll be switching to Walgreens and just pay out of pocket with discount rx apps because they are WAY nicer and WAY more on top of it. I never have to call them... when they receive a prescription from the dr... imagine... they just fill it! The only reason I'm giving them one star is because eventually the get the rx filled. And I don't think I can give zero lol.

Every time I go to this pharmacy they are unable to fill my prescription on time and try to give me a partial prescription so I have to come back 10 days later to pick up the rest of they have to transfer it. They ask me to call ahead so I do and then they tell me I can't order ahead of time. It's crazy.
