This CVS is poorly managed.
It's almost comical how often the pharmacy drive through is closed.. the amount of excuses they post on the window on a hand written piece of paper should be published and used in a coffee table book.
Figure it out CVS...... !!!!!!

This CVS Pharmacy has gone downhill. This is not about the store. We miss MaryAnne. The service used to be great. But now when you get a notification that your prescription is ready, it may not be true. And don't expect help from employees because they don't know what customer service is. Just because your under staffed doesn't mean you get to treat customers like an inconvenience. I would avoid using this CVS Pharmacy if you can!

Good place to get your vaccinations. Better sooner than later. Especially the influenza one every August to December I believe. Better yet when posted and/or emailed to email inbox. That 3rd Corona Virus (COVID) booster dose wouldn't hurt too too much either. Good Lord. The verbal abuse I experienced this evening was absolutely unacceptable and should not be ignored. A member of store management said to me, and I quote: "I will beat your ass!.", when I was shopping there earlier this evening. And then the register employee also continued to throw out degrading and rude remarks to me as I put my items down and walked out the front door. I really hope someone who can do something about this will see this because that is no way to ever speak to a customer. Absolutely unprofessional, offensive, and threatening.

I used the photo service here & the picture quality was terrible with weird spots on them. When I contacted CVS customer service they said they would exchange the photos for me, free of charge so long as I brought in the old ones. When I went in to replace them the manager wanted to charge me again and she was very rude when I explained the situation. I will not be coming here again & I definitely don’t recommend using their photo service.

All the staff is very helpful... EXCEPT the lady who works in the pharmacy with the short red/orange hair she was very rude.

There is no grosser or unkept store to go to. They should replace whomever manages this CVS because it's quite obvious they don't care. Dead cactuses out front, filth all around the front doors, and dirty inside. Where gloves and a mask if you shop here. How sad that this company makes massive profit from their pharmacy and could care less about their dumpy stores.

AWFUL pharmacy. I had to come 3-5 times, EVERYTIME I needed a refill. There's always a long wait. They never answer the phone, and will just hang up on you after a 40 min hold. They never had my medications that the texts alerts say are ready. And they lied and said no pharmacy has syringes and needles available due to supply chain issues. Then why was I able to get them within the hour at Vons down the street? I've wasted hours of my time here and left in tears many times. Instant relief switching to another pharmacy.

So hit or miss. Sometimes all fine but many times I’ve waited on hold for the pharmacy for unusually long times, one time an hour and 15 min. They close super early sometimes. They are rude and abrupt on the phone always. Today the doc called in the wrong prescription and since I picked up a whole bag of medications I didn’t notice until I got home. The doc called in the right one and when I went back they would not refund me for the wrong one. I didn’t even open the bag or the box or the tube. They didn’t need to resell it but I had no idea I’d be stuck paying good money for something I don’t need and have to buy the right one. One time when I was super sick I asked them to include the cough syrup and sleep aid from the aisle for the drive thru so I didn’t walk in sick and they said they would like to but could not find the brands I asked for. I ended up going inside and they were right there on the shelf. During Covid when I moved here it took them 4 months to get my transferred prescriptions right. It was insane but it was a hard time for all so I tried to be kind. I was with rite aid by my last house for 20 years. Minimal issues. The nice store manager at this CVS says they have staffing issues in the pharmacy at times. One good thing is most the time no one’s in the store when I go. The CVS itself is fine, not very big; except they stopped carrying cover girl which has my fav lipstick so who knows. Anyhow, if you have a choice of pharmacies, be cautious.

This CVS pharmacy has awesome pharmacist and Doctor's they're all very helpful and respectful to all of their customers, I do recommend this location.
