I love the Care program and their other cash back coupons. I purchased a product that cost $16.99 but had a ten and a five dollar coupon so I just had to pay 1.99 + tax!

went to this CVS to try and buy some over the counter meds with my Medicare card....got to register and was having probleams...Marco Ruminez proceeded to try and help me with my purchase....calling everyone he could....30 minutes of top-line customer service...in the end it was my card that was messed up....a HUGE thank you to Marcos

Needed register assistance and no one was around, the self service was flashing that help was on its way and we left our selections at the self serve and walked out.

An hour to get your prescription ready here. Really? You call in and they tell you it's filled. I get here and nothing is ready. This is horrible service. Avoid this place. I also heard a the cashier/pharmacy tell a customer that they had to wait a few hours for a prescription. I mean come on! It takes 15-20 at most. I know I worked at a pharmacy and they should be more efficient. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CVS.

2 HOURS TO GET TESTED. Scheduled a Covid test at 3:00pm. Waited in line until 4:40pm. Didn't get done until 5:00pm. So..... if you want a Covid test, DO NOT go here. super slow service and extremely understaffed.

Hey CVS your phone answering system sucks a** I got hung up on twice by two different locations for trying to contact your front store you should work on that so I can actually speak to a person when I need to next time.

Healthcare worker/physician: Had my son tested for covid, PCR. Was sent the wrong result from 6 months ago. 1 hour on phone with lab service number provided, had to repeat child's and parents name 5 times, she kept promising it would show up on my email, never did. Most likely test lost. Had to cancel trip abroad to have 6yo visit 80 yo grandparents see them for the first time in 2 years. Will not be recommending or sending prescriptions to CVS anymore.

This CVS is by far my favorite store. I love the friendly atmosphere and patience of its employees. Kyle, Nathalie, and Carlos are great people. They really love their job! They're always friendly and available. I can't express enough my gratitude for their help and patience every time I visit their store. They make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I've been to other CVS stores and the customer service hasn't been great. Keep up the good work team!

I stopped going to CVS two years ago because they messed up every single prescription for over a year. They were sending my prescriptions to other people. I was picking up other peoples private information, they messed everything. I switched to a different pharmacy and everything's been fine except they can't take paper Scripps. One of my doctors through Work Comp requires paper strips. Cvs refuses to fill!!!! That was the final straw. I will never go to a CVS even if it's for a soda. I will not support a company that is this incompetent and not customer oriented.

The pharmacy technicians are very busy administering COVID-19 tests. Be patient with them but I hope CVS will add more staff

Come here sometimes to pickup general hygiene and beauty products. Service is hit or miss. There are days where the staff are absolutely on point with customer service. Other (most) days, they could be indifferent, cold and unfriendly. The shelves at this location aren't as well stocked as other CVS stores. Oftentimes, things are out. Luckily, there's another CVS a mile or two down the road.
