Really good pharmacy for the most part Dave is a friendly and professional pharmacist the other staff are also very professional as well. With the costco membership and my insurance and the discounts its amazing low to no co-pays! def- recommend if you have a costco membership!

Pharmacy dept is rude, always in a hurry to get you off the phone, had someone hang up once and when I got there 4 min before closing and they were still taking orders they wouldn't give me my prescription. Complained to manager it takes like 1 min to check me out, she said she would fill out a survey but automatically defended them that they don't get OT. ? So what I woke more than 5 min over and I don't get OT at my job. They also say they have a prescription and then when you move it over or have your doctor send them the script they come back 2 days later morning stock and don't know when we will get it???

First off I want to say that I love Costco. I have had many wonderful interactions with helpful pleasant employees over the years. I bring my grandkids in with me often and everyone in kind to them also. Unfortunately I was blindsided by Audrey when we checked out. After paying I noticed she had haphazardly packed the cart with the boxes at an angle . We had 2 glass jars precariously balanced on top . I asked her if we could straighten out the boxes so things don't slide off going to the car. She was flabbergasted, she then rudely said you "want me to take everything out????" She then started slamming our boxes in-the checkout area . As she repacked stuff she put the fruits and veggies in the Bottom of the cart and started slamming things on top. She was rude and put out ! I spend quite a bit at Costco and have never been treated like that . I was embarrassed. Then When we started for the exit the lady checking our recite actually safely repositioned sone of our stuff because Audrey again put a glass jar on top . I would give everyone else I came in contact yesterday 5 stars and Costco 5 stars , but this was the worst customer service I gave ever received there.

Always kind and helpful people! Just remember to ask if your prescription would be cheaper without your insurance, because it happens!

The only reason this isn't 1 star is because they always have stock of my medication- I have been coming here for months and I haven't had a single pleasant experience with the staff members who help customers at the register. The employees are way too old to have such bad attitudes, they act like snotty teenagers. I'm a customer service manager and I would be ashamed if my staff acted like them.

Knowing I was leaving in 7 days, I called with my Rx number and left a refill request on the automated line (my MD needed to renew the prescription). This was Thursday before 7am.Tuesday @ 3pm I was on my way to Costco to pick it up. Just to be sure, I called to make sure it was ready. The pharmacy clerk advised me that it was out of stock, & they needed to order it. The pharmacy informed me they didn’t get the new prescription until today, Tuesday. The result? My criticism and low review score is twofold.First, to Costco, who received my request before 7am on THURSDAY, but did not reach out to my MD to request a refill until well into the day on FRIDAY.Between 24-36 hours later! Pharmacy did not check stock or order the medication. Now, my MD’s office dropped the ball as well, not responding to the Costco pharmacy until Tuesday. That’s another issue.Ten to Fourteen full days to refill a routine, non emergency prescription is CRAZY.It’s a shame that so many workers in a pharmacy and a medical office Rx “team” do a lackadaisical, poor job. Even worse, when asked, both will finger point at the other and try to shift the blame.Anyhow, what’s the lesson?Be your own advocate.CALL the MD’s office and request a refill to be sent to your pharmacy. Follow up with the pharmacy.By the time I receive the medicine I will be way overdue!

This location seems disproportionate to the Warehouse Sq. Footage, and the functionality of accessing this location itself [it's a direct left after a major freeway interchange], the Gas Station location and parking lot size. I did see a sign stating an application to Vista has been submitted to change the Gas layout- but the entrances are really bad for the parking lot(s) and gas. Very friendly employees at this location- very smiley and chatty- and has an indoor Food Court. This location has a more expansive frozen food section as well as kitchen/catering items, but a much smaller pharmacy and gas/parking than the Palomar Airport location. I reference PA as it's the closest location if driving NB on the 5 to this store; the San Marcos location is quite close to the Vista location if on the 78. [My apologies in advance for the number of times I use 'location' in my review!]

My boyfriend and I are black card members and we didn't have our physical cards on us but the door person on 9/26 @ 6 pm turned him away because we didn't have our physical cards. But when I joined him they didn't ask him nor I for the card. She just stared at the both of us. They let the people ahead of him 'Just get pizza' but when he said the same their response was ' we can just let anyone inside to he building'.

Was told, not asked, to show my membership card upon entry this morning by a snarky young lady. I was told it's policy. I had to double back, put my 5yr old daughter, whom I was carrying, down and pull out my wallet to show my Family Membership Card.Of course this policy does not exist. It's Not True! Anybody can walk in and look around, peruse the merchandise. You cannot purchase without being a member for sure. After some thought we both walked out. G'bye Costco! Gas only for me and my family. You can take that snarky, elitist attitude, your long lines and lack of information in regards to your aisles and shove it!This review is for anybody who wishes to hear my opinion...

My reason for not recommending Costco are as follows: I purchased a 2019 Volvo S 60 T6 in perfect condition several days before my first Visit to Costco Handicap parking space. I noticed a cart retrieval employee push a cart into my vehicle. When I arrived home I found the damage more severe than in the parking lot. After filling out an incident report I have been misdirected, given wrong phone numbers, and agreed to a estimate from Caliber collision, then several weeks later I was informed to take my vehicle to a mom and pop body shop because they were only authorizing half of the original estimate. Misdirection, half truths and unkept promises are no way to run a business. You only find out how good a company is by the way they handle a problem. Costco no more. Plenty of other reputable businesses out there. Richard
