Well being that I'm not very experienced in Mortgage loans. Working with Rory helped me to understand a little more of my options and he had a great deal of patience with me, since my timing of applying for a loan was during the holidays.
He was very understanding and gave me the information that I needed when I had questions or concerns. Just sending documents to him through email one by one or day by day was a great effort for me. Although, Rory just kept on replying back to me that he was receiving them and reassuring me that we will get through it with a positive attitude. I'm very appreciative towards Rory and his team that made this all possible for me.

So in 2016, rents had just doubled in Encinitas and we wanted to find a new place to live. We started looking for places within 15 miles of the beach, A friend mentioned his mother lived in a mobile home and suggested we try there. We visited every "park" in the North County. We found one home for sale we loved in a park on San Marcos Blvd,. It was a fixer with an ocean view and we wanted it but the price was a little too high.Then we met Rory while getting educated on loans for Mobiles. He explained how the mobile home loans work and offered to help with the loan and find a home.This was October and not much was up for sale because everyone was nervous about the election. Rory showed us a few but we kept thinking about the fixer. Two weeks into the search Rory calls telling us he got us a better price on the fixer.We applied for the loan, made an offer on the home and have happily lived there since Dec 2016.Since then, I've pointed others to Rory regarding mobile loans or buying a mobile. Each one thanked me afterwards for introducing them to Rory.Rory is a great guy! And I'm not the least bit surprised how much the business has grown.Thank you Rory

We recently closed on the sale of our condo with Compadre Brokers expertise. What should've been an easy closing was delayed and Rory helped us to see the big picture of extending the closing date to accommodate buyer.
