I have actually been treated by both doctors Tara and John. I met John for the first time when taking my distant grandfather to his first appointment and he did not know I was his patient. I usually deal with the amazing PA's that they have. I had no option but to switch PCP's after my experience with him. He was extremely rude and generic in his approach to care, making me uncomfortable and unwilling to introduce myself as his patient.This facility and staff, especially PA's, were excellent with me prior and made me feel like I could ask anything and I was being cared for. I no longer feel that way after my experience with both doctors.Unfortunately I'll be looking for a care provider that discriminates less and cares more.

Dr Clancy is the best Dr in the world. Very respectful and full of compassion. He knew exactly what I needed and took great care of me . I'm so grateful to be recieving his treatment and caring approach.

I've been seeing PA Lissande Laverty and I'm absolutely thrilled to have her. In the past I struggled with careless Doctors so I switched to Clancy medical offices hoping I would find the care I wanted and PA Laverty is the best, she exceeded my expectations, Thank you so much.

Rachel Watters is a remarkable individual.Of all the medical providers I've seen over the years, I can confidently say she's the best.Her knowledge is exceptional, she listens intently, and offers real solutions while also demonstrating great empathy towards the patient. I recommend anyone looking to establish care go to her first.

The absolute worst office staff I have ever dealt with. My husband came in for an allergic reaction, so I came and met him here. When I asked the woman working in the front to go sit with him she then LAUGHED in my face and told me to go sit back down. I simply asked why I wasn’t allowed back there and she responded with saying it was “too cramped” back there. How is that possible if there is a chair in each exam room for one companion per patient? I then asked the real doctor to sit back there and he said I could. Absolutely disgusted with the Clancy office staff. There are MUCH better urgent cares in the area. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They are very bad and do not understand anything about medicine. I have been treated with Dr. John Clancy for a year and my health and blood tests are worse than a month and he does not accept to refer me to a specialized doctor, and he gives me medicine and every month it gets worse after doing the tests.

I had my first visit with Dr.Clancy today and I was very impressed and pleased with all the staff. He takes his time and listens and very professional. I would highly recommend Clancy medical group if you’re looking for Excellent care.

These guys do an amazing job. I had some pressing health issues over the weekend and I just recently got benefits through my work. They were able to see me on incredibly short notice! The PA who saw me, Rachel Watters, was outstanding! She answered all my questions and sent super detailed notes about my visit. These guys give me piece of mind knowing that I’m in good hands! 10/10

Dr John Clancy is absolutely amazing. I have never meet such an attentive Dc that takes time to explain things in a very detailed way and actually cares. His knowledge is incredible. Thank you Dr John Clancy for such a wonderful experience. ?

Decent experience.The office is very nice and clean. The staff seems to be pretty efficient at their work. However, appointments are very hard to get, when I called they were scheduled 3-4 weeks out. I ended up getting an appointment with one of the nurses.I thought she was very thorough and nice, but the level of experience and knowledge was a little bit lacking. Overall, I would say it was decent but average.

Doesnt look at the big picture. Makes judgments not on fact but rather on assumptions. I was in the hospital for 5 days and went to see Dr Clancy as a follow up and was treated like a less than valuable patient. This is after being a client there for 3 years. I would not recommend anyone to go to Dr Clancy's practice.

I have been going to Dr Tara Clancy for several years. I find her and her staff to be accommodating and always helpful. She is always willing to listen and take needed steps. She does not treat if she feels that you would be better served by a specialist. I love her and continue to go to her even though I have moved out of the area and sometimes have to go to online appointments. She is very thorough and I appreciate that so very much! The staff always returns my calls and does their best to get me answers to all of my sometimes weird questions.

nice doctor john clancy !! 2 years a patient!! i called as a courtesy to say i was running a few minutes late for todays appointment !! nurse said that was fine , to take my time "see you then@ , 11 minutes late !! very bad attitude from receptionist the minute i walked in !! bad enough she arguing with me that i did'nt call !! and telling me im 12 minutes late not 11 minutes !! while im looking at the time on my phone !! damm i miss the other girls !! unless i get a return phone call with a apology !! i will never return !! and !! my reason i was late and let the nasty receptionists know , i had to borrow gas money from a neihbor to make the appointed !! told her i could not afford to buy gas !! i have a full disability , "oh well" she said !! the only thing i can say is i will try to get you in tomorrow !! i told her i could not afford another 45.00 in gas !! she says !! oh well !! i sure miss amber !! i guess i was just a number !!! felling devastated !! avoid !! my 1:30 apt . arived inside doctors office at 1:41 with a phone call prior !! treated awful !!
