Walked in and said hello how are you? Cashier responded with hello. Walked towards tobacco wraps and asked if they had my product and was told everything is in front of me I should use my eyes. I ask again as I search through the 50 or so products for my product. person walked over and pointed to something that was not my product. I told you to use your eyes. I explained that wasn't my product that I would like the smaller ones and he told me they were out. I turned around and walked out. I gave this man nothing but kindness, and he absolutely no reason to be rude to me. May he have the success that he deserves.

Owner is exceptionally rude. I’ve visited multiple nations including very poor 3rd world countries but never received service so hostile. He will literally tell you to hurry up after you look at the inventory for 10 SECONDS. Not knowledgeable about products, prices are not better like other reviews imply. Stick to Oceanside Smoke Shop, similar or less expensive and the guys who run the place are people worth talking to.

Bought a cigar here. In a sealed package also covered in cellophane has white spots on it. I asked the gentleman about it he saying it’s not mold that it’s plume. Which after my research is a fancy Name for mold, would never buy a cigar from here again the owner of this establishment needs to clean out his moldy cigars. Take the loss reset his humidifier and sell a better Product.

Super impatient, rude as fuck and the biggest dickhead I've ever met. I was in there for literally 3 minutes til this guy copped an attitude with me, I gave the same energy back to him and got kicked out. I'd check yourself before someone tells on you for what you got going on in there.

The price of the product I wanted to buy wasn't coming up in their system when the owner scanned them. Rather than finding out what they cost and charging me the correct price, he scanned a similar but more expensive product. I said "I know these don't cost that much" and he yelled "OH, DO YOU?" I just left.Lazy. Dishonest. Rude.

I am living in this area for 12 years. I tried to shop in this strobe many times and every time I was disappointed. store runs by sim and father, neither one is friendly; price of a pack of Marl. Fluctuate and is 54 cents more than a case station. I will not shop there anymore.
