So the attendant had the door locked at 12:50 then when I glance in, we make eye contact, and he walks into the office so it looks like he isn’t there, shaggy black hair possibly glasses, jeep in the parking lot, you guys are paying someone not to do his job poorly, no to avoid him doing his job at all. Like what if it was emergency, what if someone was hurt. Either way takes money out of the business owners pocket. A lot of inventory in there just to have a dude lock the door cuz he doesn’t feel like clerking. Why would I come back? Who knows if I can even purchase anything?

Do not go to this station. I put maybe $50 of gas in my tank last night and was charged $125 even. The phone number listed is not Chevron’s.

On Nov 15 2023 at 11pm I was purchasing rice pudding at your gas station and the attendant journor failed to understand exactly how microwaves work and physically pushed me out of the store for microwaving the rice pudding I had just bought. The attendant was extremely rude and out of pocket for how he treated me.

Can't understand how they hire someone rude and have no customer service as Evan. He just started a week ago he was very rude and called the cops on me for no reason, cops were upset at him for calling and wasted everyone's time for nothing other then his attitude. I spent a lot of money here now they won't get 1 single cent from me ever again. I'm told manager doesn't care about customer service here.

I come into this Chevron regularly and I just wanted to say that Wyndie is an excellent employee. Very welcoming and friendly. We should have more people like Wyndie in this store. Excellent customer service.

I missed an Uber eats order pick up here early this morning because the employee working had the store closed 30 minutes past the time they were supposed to return from their break.I was sitting in my car waiting. Another customer was standing in front of the address with their back to the inside of the store. 15 minutes after she was due back to open the store, she comes wandering out of the office in the back, obviously seeing a customer waiting in front, but she went into the restroom. She comes out a few minutes later and walks back to the back office and closes the door behind her. The customer was oblivious to what was going on behind him. At this point I’m on Uber eats tech support, trying to get paid for the job I’m missing and opportunities to accept other jobs that I could actually make money on. More time passes. A delivery truck backs up to the entrance of the store and the driver starts unloading stacks of inventory. The driver starts banging on the door of the store. The employee finally comes out and lets the drivers in, but I see her turning away the customers. I see her adjust the sign so her return time now says 12:40 (?!?) even though it’s a few minutes past 2am by this point. Uber has cancelled my order. I was compensated $3 instead of the $14 I was supposed to have made and I wasted 30 minutes.

They can't put a roll of receipt paper in the pump so you have to go inside and wait in line for 15 minutes trying to get people to buy stuff. This makes me specifically NOT buy anything.
