This branch is absolutely rude very simple task of adding someone to an account and came in before the deadline. They said they could not help unless you make an appointment. So made an appointment they still weren't able to do it because of the deadline yet they didn't work with me trying to make it happen. Horrible customer service. I asked before leaving if that would happen and the lady said it should be fine yet it wasn't. There is a reason why this bank always has bad reviews. Again, this was a very simple thing.

Worst ATM branch The door to get to the ATM has not worked for over a year , If you insert or swipe card it will not open to get to the one indoor atm The drive up ATM are always crowded with long lines I went there last night 7pm and only one of the two drive up atm were working ? Basically 2 of the 3 are not working Drive up is the only option - very long line -always

One of the two drive up atms is always broken so there's always a line. There's a atm right inside the door your supposed to be able to use but the door doesn't open, even with your card

My husband had a scheduled appointment. After having to leave work early to attend his appointment, nobody helped him out. Sat there waiting for over 30 minutes. Then they tell him the person he had the appointment with didn't show up. Would have been nice if they would've sent a message or something beforehand to let us know they weren't available.

Never fails, this ATM is always down. With all the fees you guys charge you should upgrade your ATM so they don't crash all the time.

Get an appointment if you need anything. I walked in at 2:15 to get a check endorsed, was told it'd be 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later was told I needed an appointment but could wait. Full hour goes by before someone talks to me and says they might be able to help after a couple more appointments IF they have time. Disorganized, incompetent. Go elsewhere.

We've been working with Eddie since February and he has gone out of his way to help us with every need we have had. My father died in January and he and my mom had a trust that needed to be redone. Eddy took so much care and asked questions of the back office to ensure he had all the necessary documents. He helped us get my mother's SS deposits moved to Chase from another bank. He went over and above to keep us in the loop as different issues have come up. Eddie has an amazing ability to remember small personal details about our family and ask how things are going whenever we meet with him. If we call his line and he's busy with another customer, he always calls us back in a timely manner. He even traveled to the Escondido office to meet with us so that we didn't have to drive to Vista! We cannot give enough praise to this fine young man and we look forward to doing a lot more business with him in the future.
