Today I went to my so called BANK CHASE thru their drive thru ATM’s first to deposit some $. It didn’t take a bill. Okay no worries, I go inside the branch and speak to Joe and he says the machine is not reading it can I take this for a second to the back. I’m like yes no problem. He takes it to the back, I don’t know to who and comes back with my 100 bill with the counterfeit bill pen marked twice on it. Which it passed the pen. He says that my bill is older and that the machine is not taking it and might be something wrong with it and they go BY THE MACHINES ONLY, not a pen. Obviously I left upset because they just wasted my time. I go down the street to a McDonalds and I give them the same bill and they passed it on their machine and it passed! I guess McDonalds has a better machine than Chase.

This branch is absolutely rude very simple task of adding someone to an account and came in before the deadline. They said they could not help unless you make an appointment. So made an appointment they still weren't able to do it because of the deadline yet they didn't work with me trying to make it happen. Horrible customer service. I asked before leaving if that would happen and the lady said it should be fine yet it wasn't. There is a reason why this bank always has bad reviews. Again, this was a very simple thing.

Beware!! There is a large pothole near the drive thru ATMs. It is insane to me that they can have something exposed like this. I drove over it tonight and it sounded like something on my car broke. The best part is that the ATMs weren’t working so I couldn’t even get cash. Damaged my car and wasted my time.

There is an issue with the door after hours. Its been like this for months. It gives you direction to follow,you follow them yet it doesn't allow you access to deposit anything there. This makes it hard especially when I have large sum of cash. p

The worst bank I’ve been to EVERYTIME….They locked the inside ATMS (can’t use them after 4:30 or 5) I pull up to the ATMs OUTSIDE and everytime they are either not working or not accepting deposits or able to withdraw 9/10 time everytime I go there which is the nearest chase near me it’s always letting me down what’s the point of even having the ATMs if we can’t even use them terrible customer service/ ownership if I can 0 star it would def be my option stressful when people are trying to do things with their money and can’t even access it (also I don’t ever leave reviews…. But this has gone way too damn long I had to say something )

ATMs have been broken for a while. Very frustrating and not a good look to have them broken for months on end. Also, the after hours card reader for entry to the indoor ATM is broken. You’d think J.p. Morgan Chase of all places could keep their hardware maintained.3 stars because - during business hours - this is one of the best customer service teams of any bank I’ve used (and I use a lot!).but please, please fix the ATMs. Or at least do the right thing and reimburse all my fees from using other ATMs while they’ve been broken

4-5 working teller’s compared to 1-2 teller’s Bank of America, friendly smiling teller’s compared to rude teller’s Bank of America (Vista Main Street)

I love Chase! I went in to talk with a banker about closing out an account and left with a pool of financial knowledge. It’s like a light went off in my brain and it all clicked. The banker explained complex things in a way that I could understand. I felt euphoric walking out of there haha. Thank you!

Worst ATM branch The door to get to the ATM has not worked for over a year , If you insert or swipe card it will not open to get to the one indoor atm The drive up ATM are always crowded with long lines I went there last night 7pm and only one of the two drive up atm were working ? Basically 2 of the 3 are not working Drive up is the only option - very long line -always
