“Pleeeeeease bring back the old air fresheners!!! These new ones the past cpl of months are absolutely terrible. I drive for Uber and I can't tell you how many times people used to compliment how amazing my car smelled. The first cpl times I tried the new ones, people were rolling down the windows bc the smell was just really not good at all. So I stopped using them. Everything else at Superstar is amazing! Super wonderful in fact! Please bring back the older air fresheners ???? The assistant manager, Hatem, was super nice and listened thoroughly to me, then he came and found me and gave me a few Halloween ones so I'll try those out. He said there's 4 different scents, I'm soooo hopeful about them!! Old air fresheners are boss tho and I'll die on that hill. Happy spooky season btw!!”

“I had a concern regarding a housekeeping issue that recently changed at Super Star and I also had a billing issue and Jose from Customer Service demonstrated excellent customer service skills when he reached out to me quickly, listened to my concerns and conversed with me in a manner that gave me confidence he understood the housekeeping issue and why it concerned me. He immediately corrected the billing issue to my satisfaction. I have two memberships and do not regret either. The car wash staff at Super Star have always been friendly and helpful and the music at the car wash is fabulous. It reminds me of the roller rink when I was a kid. “Update: I went back this morning to request that they finish cleaning the interior. They finished cleaning up the inside and did a good job. The attendant came over and apologized for being rude yesterday. I really respect that. I’ve had bad days and had to apologize. We all blow it and I have grace for that. Good job, my man. Five stars for blowing it and then making it right. ?

8:15am June 5, 2025. The morning attendant was super grumpy and rude. Probably a guy had a bad morning. I get it. We all have bad days but too bad he had to ruin my morning too. My wife brings our car here all the time. My first time today. As you can see, they did not wipe down the dash at all. I’m not a picky person, but they really just didn’t get anything right today. Other days better results.”

“First, let me say up front that Ben and his crew are top notch and I highly recommend this business!Now on to the review -In January I purchased a 2018 Destroyer Grey Dodge Challenger Skat Pack and very quickly realized I wanted to protect that beautiful paint. So I started the process of going on Google to find a local shop with at least a few dozen great reviews, and thats when I found Mr. Detail. They are very close to where I live so I decided to drive over to see what they offered and get a feel for the business overall.The shop is large, approachable, clean and professionally appointed. I walked in and was quickly introduced to Ben (the owner) and greeted with a smile and encouraged to ask any questions I may have. After answering a few questions to my satisfaction he offered to show me around to give me a better feel for what they do and how they do it. I was impressed that the owner took the time to show me around and answer any questions during the tour. I could tell Ben was proud of his business and his team of talented professionals, and I liked that.So after the tour and multitude of questions I decided to go with PPF on the front half and ceramic everywhere else. The appointment was made and the work done and completed on time. The whole process to about 3 days or so, which is totally reasonable.I keep my vehicle very clean and am a stickler for "details", so I absolutely could not believe my eyes when I saw my Challenger! The vehicle was already visually impressive, but when I saw the paint there was a level of brilliance and glass-like appearance that is hard to explain. You think your paint is clean and shiny but having this work done will reveal a level of depth to your paint that you've never seen before, and thats before you think about the level of protection these treatments provide.The protection is so complete that when we had the recent rain storms all I had to do was go out and use my 350 GSM microfiber to quickly whisk away the rain, and let me tell you, it was utterly effortless! I use a California duster and microfiber every day (takes about 8 - 10 minutes) to quickly dust my vehicle, and here is the weirdest part about that, I have never had to wash the car! It has been a few months and with the vehicle treatment and my daily dusting and microfiber work the car simply doesn't hold dirt or dust. Looks at YouTube videos about PPF and ceramic and you'll see what I mean - it's quite fascinating!As I finish this review I wanted to acknowledge and sincerely thank Ben and his team for always making themselves available to answer any questions I had, even after the work was done. I never felt like he was too busy and/or had other things to do, he always made me feel comfortable asking questions - and I had a few (read: a lot) and he answered all of them with a patience that was refreshing and comforting.If you care about your vehicle - and I know you are out there because many people have talked to me about my how my Challenger looks, give this fine establishment a call and a tour and you'll see what I mean. We need to support and call-out local businesses that are doing it right and actually care about their customers and Mr. Detail is one such business!!!The pictures were taken by me and were taken when the inspiration to take a photo hit me, and though not done by a professional I think they are good representation of what my Challenger looks like in the wild.Thank you for reading and have a great day!”

“Had my wife’s VW SUV detailed today by Danny at Executive Care. Danny is a gentleman. His crew did an amazing job, the VW nearly looks like it did when new. Even going above and beyond with some deeper scratches and ordering touch up paint for few extra bucks. Will be back. Very pleased.”

“A very convenient place to wash your car especially for locals or for those commuters along E. Vista Way. It has been open to wash my car at any hour I have needed. It is almost always busy, however, I have always seemed to find an open bay to wash my car. I have lived in this part of vista for 20 years and I have always been a regular at the Auto Spa.”

“I feel like I'm able to wash my car really good here. Lots of foam in the brush and the spot-free rinse works really well. Usually I finish with the spot-free rinse and then drive home and just dry whatever is left over which usually is not much.
And I really like the $5 bonus you get when you get the $20 card. And better yet, you can just simply reload the same card instead of buying a new one every time.”

I tapped my credit card to start the wash and misunderstood the vague instructions on the credit card reader. When the credit charge was pending, the charge was $10. Once the charge was settled, it was changed to $3 (which is the correct posted minimum). I changed my rating to 4 stars.
I would like to see the instructions on the card reader to read:
“1) tap credit card
2) Press red button
3) Wash car
4) Press red button to end service
There is a $10 minimum charge for credit card services.”
There was no call wash employee on site (11 am on Friday). I called both phone numbers on the office door and nobody answered or returned my message.”
