I've been to this location a handful of times and only because it's the closest drive through ATM. Half the times it wasn't accessible because the La Garda/Brinks van was parked blocking the drive through lane and the rest of the time it seems to be a magnet for people who want to take 20 minutes to make 30 different cash deposits instead of walking inside.I've found its much less time consuming to just walk into any of the nearby businesses and use their ATMs (target, Walmart, Aldi, etc) if you're just trying to make a quick cash withdrawal

Well, it's definitely not a surprise to see this location's ratings would be so low considering the fact that I came three times three times to try to open an account and each time they didn't want some excuse because they were about to close. There's a an hour and a half way. There's only one person the other bankers online and there's two girls three girls chit-chatting at the tellers front counter. Very unprofessional for all the people. Today's date is March 16th at 4:02. Whatever staff is worked on this location at this time. You guys seriously. Oh my goodness

First off, you need to update your listing to say this branch is closed and it’s just an ATM. I get that Covid has changed hours of operations, but you have had 6 months to update this info online.Second, all this branch has is an ATM, and the ATM isn’t even in working order.Can’t go inside. Can’t use the ATM. All this location is good for is shade, and even that is limited.

I've normally had good service at this bank until they closed in march with no advanced warning for customers and no information when they will reopen. Not good.

The manager, Maggie Ledesma, is a duplicitous liar who will cheat you if she has a chance. I received a phone call today from BofA that she is being investigated, likely for fraud.

What is wrong with you people!? Your customer service is way below acceptable. So poor that you must either be afraid of hearing it all the time because you provide no contact phone number for the consumer to contact you. That is frightening and speaks loudly as to just much you care about the customer or providing any reasonable service at all. Shocking! The phone number that you do provide is an automated system that doesn't allow you to proceed unless you provide your information. Well hello people but that doesn't do me any good as a new customer coming to Bank of America and wanting to get some general information. I can imagine that once you are a customer the service doesn't exist at all. You should be ashamed of this type of service. Totally unacceptable on many levels especially with the money that the bank makes. I am wondering why you guys are even in business. So I contacted the Vista office and spoke with Jessica who actually provided acceptable customer service so that I could rate you with 3 stars and not just 1 star. Jessica couldn't actually resolve my inquiry but was pleasant and gave me an alternative. That is acceptable and thank you Jessica. Now lets see if your branch manager will respond or not. Heads up to anyone out there as for Jessica seems she is the only person that I have been able to speak to that isn't a virtual recording. Good luck. Go to a credit union and you get great service!

This place is so unfriendly. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. The girl that helped me was super rude . I already have a bad experience with Bank of America. Definitely changing banks.

Bank of America has the worst customer service not only you have to wait so long cause they only have one teller helping like 5 people I had a very bad experience for the first time coming to this bank not only the waiting time the teller was in a bad mood she didn't wanna give me a receipt when I ask for it she was giving me attitude this young girls have the worst attitude and customer service ANGELA was her name she was very rude to me first time there last time there canceling my account will be best I was having a great day now it was ruined by this young girl
