Customer service??? The employees are rude, unhelpful, and only know how to repeat what they know how to say instead of finding you a solution! You're better off talking to the chatbor on the app! There is a guy with buzzed hair and tattoos that works on the teller side who thinks he's superior because he's a teller, however, instead of talking to the girls, he could've helped us out. There's a girl with glasses who also works as a teller who is hard of hearing and has an attitude, just as unhelpful! Finally we get to the banker, just as unhelpful. Funny how no one wears name tags so I can put names. Exactly why I changed banks! Drive further and go to a different branch! This place is GARBAGE and outdated!

Very unprofessional would not go in branch for any business. Apollonia Cortes "Manager "- needs more training- there's need for change everywhere in that branch.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I Was referred to Bank of America from my employer to open an account , but i show up and they are unwilling to help me tell me it takes about 45 minutes to open a bank account which is pretty iffy to me since I've had Bank of America in the past and made an account with in 15 minutes tops I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere and moving on very rude customer service wasn't even closed and told I wouldn't be able to get assistance since they are closing yet they're doing closing duties before actual closing time and I was standing at the teller with 3 tellers with no customers just counting cash shows why they have really bad reviews and Bank of America continues to have awful customer service won't recommend Bank of America to any one doing closing duties 20 minutes plus before closing is just wow awful experience yet again stick to a credit union they actually treat you like a customer and no as a bother!!!!!

In my 45 years as a banking customer, I have NEVER EVER had an experience that came close to what I encountered at this B of A Vista location. There was no one to greet customers nor direct us to the appropriate staff who can help me with my financial needs. The first person I was able to intercept seemed irritated but told me to stand in line for a more senior staff, just to I can "schedule an appointment for help. After I was finally able to speak to the 2nd, more senior staff (?), I was then told to stand in line to see one of the tellers so I can schedule an appointment. But wait, isn't it the job of bankers who are NOT behind the teller counters supposed to help? Writing to CEO Brian Moynihan's and/or head of Retail Banking Ms. Holly O'Neill, thou not sure if that may make a difference.

The worst, most uninformed tellers working for one of the very worst banks in existence today. Why even have a physical branch if no one here is capable of providing assistance. Also, only 2 tellers? 11 people in line. Forget trying to get anything done during the work day. Feels like the DMV here. Do yourself a favor and go to your local credit union.

Zero stars worthy. Every time I come in here I experience what feels like silent hatred from all of the staff members. Literally I've felt crazy intense hate from a specific teller each time I visit to make a large transaction. They used to have really great supervisors but now it seems they're more interested in all the particular ways they can keep you from doing business with any parameter they can call on. Really shady atmosphere...

Been trying to speak with a branch manager for 2 weeks now. Every day it's closed, I have been doing business with them for24 years now and I feel it's completely unprofessional not to be open at the least 2 times a week. I work retail and put myself at risk every day at getting sick. I see no reason that you can't .

Telephone system not working. To prove my point, I drove to the branch to prove my point to Gloria. She confirmed. I wasted over 30 mins trying to confirm my signature on a check, which didn't need a confirmation. (I wrote a check for repair services and my technician couldn't cash it) When I arrived, I was told my check was out of sequence. I have been a customer for decades and this ??? Not acceptable. I was asked to confirm my identification which is standard. I had debit card, id, etc. then I was asked for my check number. I brought check book with me for confirmation as well. I was told that my checks were out of sequence and couldn't cash. She then explained there was a "system alert" for out of sequence checks and asked if I had two books going. Yes, of course, it's a joint account! Is this standard practice?

I think 45 years as a loyal customer is long enough to give Bank of America a chance, wouldn't you say? They work very hard to get your money in the door, and very little to allow you access to take it back out. Sorry BofA, I'm a business customer, unless your machines get a lot more capable than they are they can't replace a real person, so your BS "reduced hours because of Covid" is exactly that...BS. I will happily spend money just to divorce myself from this useless Bank. If I could give them zero stars I would.

After months and months of customers complaining. They still only have 1-2 tellers. Mon-Saturday. The wait is over 40 minutes. Get it together.

Most Bank of America branches in Vista and Oceanside only have one teller. I was asked by an employee "walk around, doing NOTHING". She asks "can I show you how to deposit your own deposits at the ATM"? What is this? Walmart scam. Close all teller windows, make customers NOT want to come in. The backfire is, there are other banks. No one reads these at B of A so you can actually tell them their service is CRAP.

I'll make it very simple. I hate writing bad reviews but I also know it sometimes helps. I've been a customer for 17 years and it's never been great busy it's getting worse. I walking this morning with 1 person in front of me and I was told they were too busy to close an account for me and I should call BOA on the phone. I made a video but can't seem to attach it. I wish I could, it hilarious !!!! It's like a ghost town, Only 1 person it the bank and they told me they are booked solid and super busy.
