Refuse to take used engine oil after they sell it to you. Says they're full but didn't have any date when I can bring it back. It seems like a easy excuse for them not to dump it for you. Made me drive down the road to further location.

I bought a battery from AutoZone, had a mechanic in the area install it, but my car was still slow to start after the new battery. Took it to another place they tested it, it was low, drove it back to the mechanic he tested it, it was fine, then I went back to AutoZone and the manager immediately could tell that the connecting wire was loose and wasn’t tight enough. He fixed it and my my car works perfectly.

George and his staff were superb with great customer service. My experience at the N. Santa Fe store was unpleasant. Lack of knowledge of 6 Volt batteries. George to great care and is one of the finest managers I've met.

There’s a reason why I don’t like coming here but i bit my tongue this time & wen in for a quick part & sure enough these guys NEVER help you out. Or even guidance. Last time i came i was standing in line for 20 minutes plus one guy in front of me so i left without getting what I wanted. Now this time I see 2 dudes talking behind the counter ignoring customers. All i came was for a simple part. No wonder they got a self check out bcus these guys are just there to stand & look dumb
