I had such a great experience with Niu and his team. I had a nail in my tire so I went in unsure about what was really needed, he broke down all the details about what was best for my vehicle, the price options, and service. We ordered and it only took one day to get to the shop. I was in and out within 1 hour. I truly appreciate their knowledge and expertise, if you need any work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

As I was getting my tires checked, there was some sort of altercation from a customer needing a tire rotation he was very hostile towards the employee trying to help him and I think it was very unfair how he acted towards the employee and quite frankly I don't write reviews but I want to stand up for the gentleman in the office he wasn't in the wrong the CUSTOMER was. Thank you American tire depot ! the service was great. I will be in next time no doubt! and the user name ( shadrixx5 ) that left that unnecessary review shame on you !!!

Horrible customer service they tricked me to do the tires and after that they did not want to service me absolutely horrible if you wanna get your car done right stay away from them horrible customer service never seen like this in my life. Will never recommend you or even come to you again.

Dropped off my car with a popped tire, left with essentially a brand new car. The folks at shop were able to identify other issues with my car I hadn’t known about as well. The whole repair was finished within 24hrs, way faster than any other shop I have been to with similar issues. I highly recommend coming to this shop if your car is having issues.

Eric was outstanding. Friendly and professional. Even though the shop was very busy he placed 2 new tires on our car and had us on the road in less than an hour. Extremely satisfied.
