ZERO STARS!!! Monday July 22, 2024, I was profiled and followed my entire shopping experience, by multiple AP (Asset Protection), and multiple times by some employees, including a black employee. It was disheartening, and enraging! I will never give this entire company any of my money!!! My cashier's customer service was excellent!

Awesome staff but that doesn't make up for the high prices and long wait times. It's also pretty annoying that they hide the bags for self-checkout. Are you guys scared of a $0.10 theft lmao?
Things will only gonna get worse when the Kroger merger goes through, less competition means even higher prices. Can't wait.

As I was getting my groceries on the checkout conveyor belt, the person at the register looked at my shirt and made the best pun.
I don't remember the name, but the pun was so amazing.
In Heinz-sight. That's brilliant! Much appreciated from someone who loves puns. Sorry if I couldn't make a pun in return, my mind wasn't able to "ketchup". I couldn't "mustard" up a pun to "chip" in. But I'll definitely "relish" this pun.

Good customer service and clean environment. It's nice to have good checkers like Martha who are professional and kind.
We need more employees like her working there.

Okay, what is with dogs allowed in a grocery store!?! Guy comes in with large dog on a leash. No obvious special needs dog, just a big dog. While this genius owner is looking at stuff, dog is sniffing merchandise - produce, other people's' carts, etc. How is this okay? I wanted to confront the guy but my wife didn't want me to - okay, I guess. But the guy really was a jerk for bringing the dog. I love dogs but they don't belong in a grocery store - there are people who are scared of dogs, allergic to dogs, kids are in the store at face level with the dog, etc. And there is food in a grocery store that people will eat, and they don't need a dog sniffing on it first. Dogs belong outside being dogs. And who needs " emotional support" in a grocery store (even if this was the b.s. reason claimed)? Finally, good luck to Albertsons if someone is bitten by this dog in their store. If it were me I would sue the crap out of them! The store should have a strictly enforced policy, as should other stores, that unless there is a true medical need then dogs are not allowed.

I know there are quite a few low rated reviews but my experience, for the moat part is not the case. I have not been to this store personally but I have lots of grocery delivery from here. I have been very ill so I have been using the delivery service. I have been missing a few things here and there upon delivery, maybe a mix-up with a lot of deliveries that the driver is doing. This is always rectified so it is nothing to stress over. Also, sometimes, some of the fruit shows up in not so great condition but once again, it is rectified. Let's face it, we've all picked out some fruit that turns out to be not too great so no fault of the person shopping it for you and doing their best in a time crunch. The delivery is always prompt. I would recommend this and will continue to be doing this service, especially while I am recovering.

horrible customer service, I once went as a delivery driver and the pick up guy laughed at my face, I went to the manager to report that disrespectful laugh and they basically told me that they can't don't nothing because they are short on staff :s I later went as a customer and I had to let the manager Christine that I was gonna bad rated her store just then she started caring a little more, bad customer service, bad prices( that store is more like a game they're playing and laughing at people faces( CLEARLY MANAGER CHRISTINE AND CARLOS ARENT DOING THEIR BEST UNLESS YOU TALK TO THEM ABOUT REVIEWS AND RATINGS, SUCH A NICE STORE SHOULD HAVE A BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!)
