Good customer service and clean environment. It's nice to have good checkers like Martha who are professional and kind.

I know there are quite a few low rated reviews but my experience, for the moat part is not the case. I have not been to this store personally but I have lots of grocery delivery from here. I have been very ill so I have been using the delivery service. I have been missing a few things here and there upon delivery, maybe a mix-up with a lot of deliveries that the driver is doing. This is always rectified so it is nothing to stress over. Also, sometimes, some of the fruit shows up in not so great condition but once again, it is rectified. Let's face it, we've all picked out some fruit that turns out to be not too great so no fault of the person shopping it for you and doing their best in a time crunch. The delivery is always prompt. I would recommend this and will continue to be doing this service, especially while I am recovering.

horrible customer service, I once went as a delivery driver and the pick up guy laughed at my face, I went to the manager to report that disrespectful laugh and they basically told me that they can't don't nothing because they are short on staff :s I later went as a customer and I had to let the manager Christine that I was gonna bad rated her store just then she started caring a little more, bad customer service, bad prices( that store is more like a game they're playing and laughing at people faces( CLEARLY MANAGER CHRISTINE AND CARLOS ARENT DOING THEIR BEST UNLESS YOU TALK TO THEM ABOUT REVIEWS AND RATINGS, SUCH A NICE STORE SHOULD HAVE A BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!)

Jan, a manager, had to fix an issue with Drive-up and Go, She went above and beyond to help find a resolution. We've been doing Drive-up and Go for a few years and it's been mostly good with Dan who is in charge of this service, and he does a great job, too, But today with a combination of my mistake and their mistake Jan was able to remedy everything. I appreciate a person who takes responsibility for their job, but more to care about the people/customers. Thank you, Jan. Albertsons should give you kudos for how you took charge and fixed everything!

This place is always out of stock on items. You walk down the aisles on a Monday morning at 11am and most of the items are out of stock. When I told the person in the front she said we do double the business as the other Albertsons so it's just the way it is. Also the courtesy clerk Tavis is rude and will avoid human interaction as much as possible. I asked him to hand me a bag and he pointed at the stack like I could grab it myself. This place sucks.

Don't ever dispute a charge with their online chat team. Wasted 20 minutes and she finally said go the store. They must use foreign chat rooms because her reading comprehension was awful. She should have said right from the start goto the store. I'll never get those 20 minutes back ?
