I have gone here now for a few years with now multiple vehicles and have always had a great experience. They are very helpful and will explain everything to you. They have great prices especially for oil changes and brake pads.

This is the first time a stop at Advance Auto Repair in Vista, CA. Kris, the manager was very helpful in working me into his busy schedule. He took time to explained how the parts needed for my car worked, also his prices were affordable. His workers were nice and helpful. I am happy to recommend him and the business! I would seriously think twice before you coming here… I came here for a new brakes because I know the shop I’ve been there before but this time they did my brake job and soon as I left, I heard a thumping coming from my back rear brake I took it straight back and the person who worked on my car was angry and was acting like a child a and I told the manager that I don’t want him working on my car because the way he was acting… he was making it seem like I was hallucinating when I could hear a grinding noise.
Just really disappointing because you pay good money to have something done and if it’s done correctly then no problem but when there’s an issue, they give you a hard time when they should take care of their customer …
I even went back months later because I was traveling out of the country and told him can you please look at it I’ll even pay but there’s something wrong. There’s a problem here but they just made me feel like I’m just complaining about something that doesn’t exist anyways very disappointing. Very frustrating. I took my car somewhere else and paid for to have it fixed.
So just be careful when things don’t go right they do help the customer with her issue that they’re having

Very fast, professional, and affordable. Called a lot of places around vista for a last minute alignment and spoke to alot of overpriced and rude people until i eventually found advance auto repair. Very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend checking them out for you're car services.

Always have great service here. Honest and reliable. If you don’t need to get something fixed right away they’ll let you know and won’t pressure you to do repairs that can wait. They have loaner cars if you need them for a good price so you won’t be left without a car. All the guy that work there super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
