It's been over 3 weeks I haven't received my insurance cards. I've tried contacting the agent who sold me the insurance. I finally got through. It turns out they cancelled me the same day. Without any explanation. No money was returned.

Was in a rush to get auto insurance so I got it there, now I'm not happy because it's 20$ more than my old insurance and when you pay your bill it's 15 extra dollars for service each month liability with good driving record is 86$, alstate was only 55$.

Do not purchase auto insurance with them they have a call center in Tijuana Mexico, where most of the calls are routed to. All your payment and personal information is in Mexico.

The worst service, I came to process a License Place “DMV service” which they asked me for Smog Check which I already acquired but supposedly the person who had taken care of me previously is not there and Mr. Luis acts as if he doesn’t know anything,The supposedly manager Estela ignoring the situation that she can’t do anything, it’s not the first time that this Lady behaves arrogantly both with me and with other clients that I have observed during my visit but people for not knowing or discussing better leave without doing anything

I called to get a quote, the first responder advised me that this company could NOT insure my 2023 vehicle. I asked to speak to a different agent, which they transferred me to... this person was able to give me the option to insure it. Weird. They put me on a brief hold, after asking for the reasonable explanation as to why the first agent did not give me the option to insure my car... after 5 min on hold, she answered the phone & tried to CHARGE ME OVER THE PHONE! Scammers. Don't trust this company. Sketchy & can't provide proper information regarding policy to fully insure my car. When I asked to be emailed or shown in person a detailed file of the insurance policies, this woman (Alexandra, sure), insisted that they could only continue with the purchase THROUGH THE PHONE. PLEASE!!!... don't call, go in person. Read, read, read, and don't forget to ask about everything and anything. They beat around the bush and avoid proper answers to simple questions. If you're a hard worker, this business does not meet integrity... don't waste your time or money.
