It's been over 3 weeks I haven't received my insurance cards. I've tried contacting the agent who sold me the insurance. I finally got through. It turns out they cancelled me the same day. Without any explanation. No money was returned.

Been on hold for 30 min, no one can take a simple payment over the phone keep getting the run around and been transferred several times, no one answers the phone very horrible service and hold music
