ZERO STARS!!! I have never seen a 7 eleven that is so against people using the points system. The level of greed this store exhibits makes me wonder why they are still in business.

Giant signs showing the promotions. Computer doesn’t ring it up correctly. We refused to pay full price and he got mad and started yelling that we walked out without paying for the slurpee after saying the promotion isn’t only what the computer says. Scammers here, just avoid it.

Cashier or whoever never gives you a receipt so make sure also when purchasing to check your bill.

WORST 711 EVERThis is not just the worst 711 in Vista but the worst one iI have ever been to. From horrible rude customer service, the fountain drinks serving you bitter tasting soda, dirty cups and messy lids, most ghetto location in Vista be it in day time or night, people always standing outside loitering, the Indian workers always ripping you off be it short changing you not giving you your rewards or adding things you didn’t get and substituting things you did get for more expensive items, loud tremble music blaring out speakers, old food that gives you food poisoning . They even won’t give you the promotions. I have always had bad experiences at this place no matter who works here. I go out of my way to go to other 711s(There’s quite a bit in Vista for its size) , I make sure to tell all people that this one is the worst one. A better one is the one on Sourh Santa Fe by Wells Fargo..I know I won’t see any of these workers and people there. They don’t even have gasoline here anymore., has consistently got worse. And when you complain you just get fake customer service and promises to make it better. The bald skullet haired Indian is the worst out of them all …who knows what the guy did in India to have his hand chopped off. I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN

Wanted to post a review to share my positive experience at this location since most reviews are bad. Walked in for some late night snacks and the aisles were clean, store was extremely well stocked, & even walked out with a glizzy since they looked appealing to me.

The guy with the one hand. Has denied me the purchase of lottery tickets. Second time it happens......the first time it happened I was thinking there is a cutoff time. However I decided to go to Ampm since I found it weird, that I could not purchase tickets. I went to Ampm and they sold them to me that day. It happened again recently I go and even get cash back to make the purchase same guy who denied me last time no words just shakes his hand in my face and slams a closed sign in register. This make my stomach churn I just left and went to Ampm down the street and they sold me the tickets. I will never step in foot in that store and give my business again.

Best 7-11 ever, probably in the entire county, Hands down. So much is great here especially all staff. Fresh food ready to go. Great selection of new and old products.

The one arm guy is disgusting. I used to stop here alot during my work shift and this guy keeps all the hot food sitting out in the open the whole day. I've never seen the rollers on but always with food sitting out. That's a health hazard. Not to mention he steals your change. Health department should be called. During the day the other employees are nice.

IF BEING ATTENDED BY OLDER MAN WITH ONE HAND, CHECK YOUR CHANGE AND/OR PRICES. As other have already said, the guy will literally try anything to get even a penny out of you. He will charge your for extra bags, gives you wrong change, doesn't apply promotions, adds extra quantities, etc.All other employees have been helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked/organized. Food is always decent and fresh. If it wasn't for the bad experiences with the one handed man, this location would be a 5 star and one the best in the area.

One of the most well managed,well organized 7-eleven in whole San Diego area. Store is really clean staff is really friendly and the owners are wow ? long story short. Awesome staff and awesome owner .lots of variety and clean and well organized store one of the best 7-eleven so far in whole sd area

So I went there because it was the second time I get there big gulp I chose sprite.The first time I thought I accidentally chose minimal water but was sure I did not.Anyway today I got two again and made sure to look I chose sprite I come home and it dose not taste like sprite but rather mineral water. I called about it the lady said to go and get two new cups.I go some people exit the store and the man there acts strange and glares at me motioning for me to leave the store then he makes me take off my face mask(I’m not sure why I listend to the man),and glares at me telling me to leave I leave . I’m not sure what is happening a friend had also told me that she got a extra large coke and that it tasted weird.
