I was really excited to stop in for the first time . I needed a gift and thought , what a great opportunity to finally stop by.
I was the only shopper that day , when I entered the store 2 female employees (?)
were there - I received No greeting , or offered any help - they just ignored me !
I really don't care how many posts you have about what a great place this to shop , if you don't have the decency to acknowledge your customers , then you are not worth my time or my money. Very disappointed

Honestly for a company saying they all make mistakes this is something that will be unforgiven give them a formal apology just because they asked for their check shouldn’t be making excuses and having them be fired for something they made up

Such a great place! Has such a wide range of crystals, sage and jewlery. Plus they do yoga & sound baths and so much more. I’ve enjoyed going to the store quite a bit. Everyone is always so helpful.

It was my first time visiting Ziayas because I am not from the area but now I wish I were closer! Everything was fairly priced and had an amazing collection of bracelets, crystals, books, sage; you name it-they got it. Noel was who helped me out and was friendly, accommodating and very helpful with ANY question I had about the sound bowls. Amazing energy in this place and lovely incense burning. Everything appeared high quality and clean as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Ziaya’s is such a cute little store full of beautiful crystals, incense & jewelry. Lots of gift ideas & of course to spoil yourself. The staff is also always so friendly. Definitely a place to check out!!

Such a great atmosphere and you are always welcomed by friendly staff. I love looking at the jewelry to see what they have to offer and I never leave disappointed! I look forward to trying one of there yoga classes in the future!

This is a very well round shop with a good variety of what you need. The customer service is excellent and are willing to help with any questions you may have. I would recommend this shop to others and will be coming back.

The coolest crystal shop! It is a hidden “gem” of Visalia. Ziaya’s has warm and cozy atmosphere. I could hang out in there all day. They have a variety of crystals, crystal jewelry, incense and sage.
