I tried to come in and buy a dress real quick. The lady asked me for an email and I said no thank you and she asked me several times again like almost begging me and I told her no. Then the transaction wouldn’t process with my card and I really feel like she was declining the transaction on purpose to be rude. Not sure what her name was but she was the oldest one in there. Around 6:30 ish 10/30 the strangest interaction I’ve had at a store for sure

This store has beautiful clothes, but most of the women that work here are extremely rude. I’ve experienced them having horrible attitudes and demeanors towards several of their customers, not just towards me.

Horrible store. I tried returning my clothes that I didn’t wear, the price tag and the employees are full of attitude. I wouldn’t recommend supporting this store. If I can give zero stars I would.

Shout out to Emily G who was so kind and helpful. I came in day before an event needing an outfit. Which is the story of my life. I explained to her what I liked and didn't and asked her if she would help me put together a few outfits. With her great knowledge of style she went straight to work! Emily not only carefully selected outfits she completed them with jackets, that in my mind I thought cute but it's not going to fit. In minutes she had me in a dressing room and WOW I loved everything. It seems like the skill of listening and making other feel... how can I explain .... like I'm not a bother or an inconvenience is rare. Her PR skills are on point and for that I give Emily 10 stars if I could. When ever I shop at Windsor, I look for her help in getting me in and out and making my experience a pleasant one! Windsor you have yourself an exceptional employee!!!

Had a great experience with Marisol! I called asking for a dress that was removed from the website. I needed it for one of my bridesmaids, she helped get it from one store to another. She was super helpful and nice!

Aliyah (I hope I spelled her name right) she was super helpful and nice. We were able to find a prom dress for my little sister in no time. All the girls were helpful and nice. If you're looking for something nice to wear formal or not give this place a try.

Saw a dress I wanted on a manakin, the lady showed we where they were. Only had medium and large, I needed a small, that so happen to be on the manakin. Asked if she would get it off and replied with, I can't take it off, I'm the only here and my manager is in the back... Isn't your job to assist the customers? just missed an $80 sale.
