Worst service ever. Had an appointment at 2 waited 15 minutes asked one of the bankers if I had to check in (walked didn’t see anything were one could check in) he told me they would be with me in a minute an hour later nobody came . Why have appointments if their is no one to help to begin with.

This review is for Wells Fargo on Mooney. Excessive questioning by staff to deposit and get cash back for a check. Teller not familiar with the process. Looked at drivers license 4 times even tho info the same. Needed more verification"for my protection". Banking there 4 yrs,the process takes too much time. They need to simplify, train tellers, and know their customers

Never enough tellers, merchant line never open, managers NEVER step in to help when busy, nor any of the loan staff. If you want to keep a skeleton crew, cross train your staff

There is typically only one teller here. You need to carve out at least an hour and a half if your day if this is the bank you choose to go to. The employees are nice enough, but the wait time makes that irrelevant. Pretty terrible.

After waiting 10 mins watching the managers and personal bankers walking around, texting, and shouting on their cell phones. I decided to go wait another 20 mins in the teller line to get assistance closing my account, they unfortunately can’t close accounts, but because their bankers are “busy with other appointments” they would have to make me an appointment another day, just to close my bank account! Hey, Wells Fargo! Don’t advertise on your website and mobile app that we can go “in branch” to close an account if it isn’t true!! Thanks for wasting my valuable time. This is only one reason why I’m leaving after 15 years!

Worst banking branch to deal with. Rude and very quick to brush you off; not helpful whatsoever. I have 3 business banking accounts with them & went in to open another they could care less. Instructing me to just do it online when I explained to them that I couldn’t due to technical difficulties - after saying that they told me to just call…. Smh. The hiring manager should really re evaluate their employees. Seems like kids run the place.

The wait time is ridiculous. 1 maybe 2 tellers helping customers and the rest of the employees not helping the line go down, there has to be a policy for customer service or just help out your fellow co-worker and help them Knock the line down. I believe it begins with management, I’m sure the employees are just doing what they are told. And it’s even more frustrating to be waiting for half an hour and the business line can go straight to the front.

It's unacceptable and dangerous to make people wait in 105° heat for an hour for basic services. Someone is going to get heatstroke... They let 10 customers in at once, while many more wait outside. There is ample, unused space inside this bank. Way more than 10 customers could fit inside, still keeping a distance of 6 feet. This bank needs to let more people in or offer a way for people to cool off. And they need faster service.

Go to the Wells Fargo on Mooney because this bank on Main St has not enough staff to serve you, they take a long time to service. In LA there is no line of business because it avoids this delay in the big line. Why does that happen in Visalia?

Everytime i come to this bank they take forever. Only 1 or 2 people helping and the rest just walking around looking lost. I'm sick of spending over 30 mins everytime just to do a simple transaction. RidiculousAj, i dont want to email you. I've already stated my issues with this bank. What you can do now is do something about it. I see i'm not the only one with this complaint so obviously your aware of the problem right? So quit telling people to email you and fix the problem!
