The woman in the area in the photos had horrible treatment, I think she was racist...
Since I arrived he looked at me and didn't want to take care of me. I had to confront him and say that it was his problem...
Very bad service.....

I feel sorry for the staff they always seem tried or look tried i can tell by the cashier with glasses I could smell his attitude just by him standing there staring i really hope he's gets his sleep dear man really needs it .

I don't often write negative reviews. But after several trips here with terrible staff and a lazy pharmacy counter it needs to be written. There was no one in line at the pharmacy. The pharmacist stood there in plain sight and ignored me, when he checked me out the register didn't work, so he had to get a woman who was giving in the back to help him. I had to say my birthdate 3 times before they remembered and put it in. I had to wait 8 hrs for this prescription because the app failed and I had to call. Then I buy a few items and checkout, and the clerk is the most miserable person I've met in weeks, and told me they are not allowed to scan the barcode from my wallet on my Walgreens app to pay! Will someone please for once get rid of all of these lazy rude staff members, and try really hard to get these people to at the very least be professional. This store is terrible!

Horrible store!!! NEVER USE CURBSIDE SERVICE!!! They charge you twice and won't give you back your money!!! Manager was even to lazy to come talk to me in person! Update: called customer service and they immediately refunded my money and when I explained what I was told at the store was told I got charged twice because "they didn't know what they were doing". Incompetence!!!

I placed on online order pick up for the first time and the employee was extremely rude. I informed her I was here for an online pick up and she said "are picking up curb side or photo booth? Curbside or photo booth? Which one is it?!" My response was, "well I'm not doingcurbside pick up. Um...I've never done an online pick up at Walgreens before" her response was "well its Curbside pick up or photo booth. Which one is it?" I told her photo booth I guess. Look, I would appreciate it if you didn't talk to me like that. Then she said for future reference you can do Curbside pick up or photo booth pick up.What kind of customer service was this?! This employee was extremely rude. Since she obviously doesn't know how to speak to customers, she should not be working in retail.

The service here is terrible. It should not take this long to get people their medicine. I cannot believe how slow they are to get me my prescription meanwhile I am miserable... I don't ever leave bad reviews but this really ticks me off.

im only giving it one star for the only lady that was nice to me in there . i went there at 12:30 pm on feb 16 . This rude a** lady was at the register and i get it having a job like that can be annoying but you shouldnt be as rude as she was . she had tattoos just to give a little descriptioni cant remember what she really looked like. but when i was getting rung up it was for doordash. she acted like i was taking so much of her day and was stupid . i tried ringing it up and for some reason it didnt work and she sayed in a rude a** tone "what are you doing" and snatched the card reader away from me and i was like just ringing up my thing . and after 3 tries AND after telling her it was credit she was like u have to press the credit button which i didnt know because its not my damn store and i also thought it meant it was on credit bc it didnt say anything else. i grabbed my bad and she didnt say s*** to me she was so damn rude and i was pissed off for a little bit and i dont thinkg walgreens should give that experience.her a** needs to be fired if thats how she acts.

Picking up prescriptions is always an issue. Especially in the drive thru. No matter the time of day it takes way too long to get thru. One time there was no one in the drive thru so I was soooo excited but it took them almost 10 minutes to even acknowledge me as I could see them inside. I would like to here hello Ill be right with you but never. Then the cars behind me start to stack up and they think its me holding up the line. For a single prescription! They need to figure out a way to expedite things or get more help. This has been going on way to long

This is the worst pharmacy around! They never do what they say they will do, they can’t get the prescription correct, they won’t fill it unless you call or go in, and then it takes them hours to have it ready. There is a pharmacist there named Tom, he is really rude. He needs to be taught some customer service.

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They are extremely rude and make it so difficult to pick up prescriptions. On top of that they are more expensive than any other pharmacy. CVS is so much better, I made a huge mistake sending my prescriptions here. I understand now why so many people have left a bad review.

I have no issues with the store staff, but the pharmacy employees are absolutely rude and will lie to you to your face. Using the app to refill perscriptions, they will text you to inform you they are ready. Yet when you arrive, they will tell you that they're not ready because you had just submitted them. Then they get combative and rude when you try to show them the text messages from Walgreens and when you submitted the refill on the app. Find a different pharmacy if you can.
