Justin does great work my window fell off track and he was able to pop off my door card and properly re-align the window so it rolled up properly. I've had previous work done by them as well. Will not recommend. Made an appointment with them and they never showed. Truly irritating. When you make an appointment, you expect them to be there that day around that time. Do better with communication.

Over the weekend a rock hit my windshield just right to where I knew I'd need the whole windshield replaced. I called Tuesday morning and the nice receptionist said she could have the windshield ready by the next day. There were some unforeseen issues with getting the glass but I was kept in the loop about the status of parts due to the great communication offered.

Awesome work great prices couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. Definitely my go to for any of my glass needs. They even calibrated my ADAS on my vehicle an hour me safely back on the road. Thank you!!!

I called Vision Glass to purchase two windshield's for my husband and my trucks. I was told they could do it the next day, which was a Thursday, I was contacted by someone via text saying they couldn't do it due to their tech not coming in. They said they would do it the following Monday (why not Friday, I have no clue). I agreed as I am understanding. Monday is here, and I text the same number that text me at 11:20am asking when they would be out, got no answer, text again at 1:12pm asking if they could make it by 2:30 to do my husbands as he would be leaving work at 2:30. Got a reply at 1:22 saying they would check on the tech to see where he was at, I immediately replied, finally my husband said screw it we are going to Chad's Auto Glass. I sent a text to cancel the order at 3:05pm and got an immediate reply with 'no problem.' Not a good way to do business as both my husband and my family have owned local small businesses for over 80 years. Disappointed is the nicest word I can say.

Amazing customer service!!! By far the best glass shop to deal with in town!! Not only did they get me in same day, they also do ADAS calibration in house like the corporate guys do.I've taken several to this location including my classic truck!!
