My 2021 Kia EV6 has been in their shop 3 times in the last 30 days, the 1st time they troubleshoot and tell me it's fixed. 2nd time same issue as first time, now they need to order parts that are on backorder. 3rd time 20 or so days later back again to have new parts installed, on a Thursday, and said it was fixed. Friday afternoon same issue ask for a loaner vehicle, Eric in service gives me the 3 hour runaround til they close on Friday for the weekend, and I have no vehicle. This is absolutely the worst place I have dealt with in Visalia.

My daughter took her Kia Soul in to have it diagnosed for a acceleration problem. After paying $175.00 we were told that the mechanic had unbolted the catalytic converter and determined it was bad. After handing us a $3500 estimate we were told it not a Kia problem. When we arrived home, I looked under the car at the catalytic converter and there were no signs that the bolts had even been touched. Furthermore we found out that Kia engines, GDI, were causing catalytic failures and Kia is not going to acknowledge the fact. Do not buy a Kia unless you want problems. The Visalia Kia service department can not be trusted.

I had been in contact with the internet sales staff for about two weeks. We negotiated the cost and terms for the car I wanted. When I arrived, everything I negotiated went out the window.I test drove the car, which was covered in dust, littered with candy wrappers inside, and had the check engine light on. The sales manager hand wrote a purchase agreement, would not include resolving the check engine light, did not honor the cost or terms negotiated, and were wholy rude and hyper aggressive. I contacted management over this dealership and two other Selma dealers, and they informed me the vehicle was sold. Two days later, the salesman called and asked if I was still interested. This place is a mess and the absolute stereotype of car salesmen. The sales manager needs to be let go. Get a bus pass before buying a car here.

Eduardo in the service department was fantastic. He was helpful, patient, and kind. I am sorry to say I filled out Kia's survey, apparently incorrectly, and they think I was unsatisfied. That couldn't be further from the truth.

My stinger had an issue with the door handle and Eduardo was responsive and assisted me promptly. Happy with the service! Thank you!

The buying experience and Visalia Kia was AMAZING. I buy a new/used car every 18 months (on average.) Normally I have zero loyalty to a car dealership, because the experience is always "meh." That is no longer the case. Working with the guys at Visalia Kia made my fiancé and I returning customers. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and energetic. They don't drag things out and make you jump through hoops. They were straight forward. very accommodating, and worked with us to get in a price range we were comfortable with for my fiancé's dream car. Thank you Visalia Kia, high fives all around with extra kudos to Joe and Richard!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They make false promises & horrible customer care. They tell you one thing to rope you in then switch things at the last minute. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and run somewhere else.

One star because I have to, but they deserve zero. My husband called and made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle that was advertised in stock at their dealership. We drove from Fresno to Visalia (with our toddler and me being 7mo pregnant) for this specific vehicle. The woman who made the appointment with my husband knew which vehicle we were wanting to test drive. When we arrived to the (dirty and busy) dealership we were informed that the manager drove the truck to Fresno that day. I asked if it was at the Fresno Kia dealership, they told us "No, he drove it to his house". What?! Who does that? I have never heard of such a thing, especially when we had an appointment to drive this specific vehicle! They were just like, um sorry bye. It was ridiculous. Also the waiting room was filled with trash, used face masks and ripped old furniture. We will never go back.
