Chuck and the rest are phenomenal. Took care of our family for the better part of two decades. They are honest to the degree that you'd want all mechanics to be. Our family wouldn't buy domestic almost purely because Chuck was our guy. One in a million, I know several family members that could go on about him too.

Called for a quote, estimated cost was about the same as a dealer. Both are overcharging for a job that, according to the service manual takes 0.9 hours. They wanted $200, which isnt terrible compared to the $350 estimated by lithia fresno. Parts for this job are worth no more than $20 which means that for 54 minutes of labor they are charging a rate of $180.

I called for an appointment, and holy cow, they're booked two weeks out! They must be great. The gentleman that answered the phone asked what vehicle I had and what was the problem, and after discussing it with him, I felt better, as apparently there is no issue but a warning light (sensor) malfunction. I grew up in Visalia, but do not live there now. If I did, this place would be at the top of my list.

Talk about trustworthy. I was told by the Volvo dealership in Fresno that I had a few things to do such as flushing the radiator among other things. Visalia Imports said those types of things are known affectionately as wallet flushers, and it wasn’t time for them just yet. They clearly are interested in only doing stuff that is needed. Thanks Chuck and staff. Y’all are the best.

I noticed a grinding noise coming from my wheel. I took my car into visalia imports because they had worked on my truck and I was very happy with the work they did. But knowing how busy they are I really didn't think they could do anything for a couple of weeks but I went in anyway. To my surprise they did tell me they were booked for 2 weeks but if I had a few minutes they would put it on the rack and see what the problem could be. The man found a rock inside the rotor. He removed it and never charged me a cent! Very nice people to do business with. Very professional! I will never take my business anywhere else. They are great

Recommended by a coworker, Chuck is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Being a widow, I have to rely on the experience and recommendations of my mechanic, and I trust Chuck to tell me what my truck needs. His rates are reasonable too.
