horrible I went in before 9:30am to service my truck and at 10:30am my truck still hadn't been moved from where I left it 1 whole hour just waiting this place use to be fast but now it's slow as hell definitely going to be my last car buying at this place .

If you have a type r, make sure you take pictures of your brembo calipers before taking in your cars to have the brakes serviced. I took my 2018 civic type r fk8 in recently to have the brakes and rotors changed, and they left obvious tool makings on my brembo calipers and chipped the paint near the retention pins that hold the pads in. I then told Honda's service manager about it. Long story short, they said my calipers were worn, and they didn't do any damage during the installation of my brake pads and rotors. I understand my car is almost 6 years old, and my calipers are worn, but they didn't have tool makings and paint chipping near the brake pad retention pins when i brought my car in. I've been going to Honda service department for almost 6 years since I bought my fk8 back in 2018 and always check when the work is done and this is the first time I notice tooling on my calipers. But ...hey....they didn't do it. Take lots of close-up pics before dropping it off!!! And inspect with a fine tooth comb when picking it up!!!

I've tried for two months to get my vehicle in for a recall. They have no loaners to give you while your vehicle has to stay overnight. It took them two months of lying to me telling me it's first come first serve before they fessed up. I left many voicemails wit David who is the advisor. He never returned a call. Ironically, he's also the manager. I'm not about to be left without a vehicle due to a recall. I'll go to a professional service team in Bakersfield. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS poorly managed dealership! It would've been easy for them to give me the key to a used car.

Junior and Alex were very professional, easy going, and willing to work with our needs. They listened to our budget and did their to best to accommodate and make it work for both parties. I really appreciate that we were to able to walk out with a new car AND with a better deal than we initially expected upon arriving.

Came into Visalia Honda after a pretty rough day to get a new vehicle. I had to leave with a car today. It was very important to me to get a vehicle at the price per month that I was comfortable with. Juan and Andres were kind and even more so patient. They were more than willing to take the time to work with us and give us the time we needed to discuss. Would highly recommend Visalia Honda and working with them both to purchase a new vehicle.

Had my air conditioner repaired under warranty everything was good for about two weeks later when the AC stopped again no big deal mistakes happen. I call the dealership and let them know and am told no they can't get me in anytime soon I'd have to wait 6weeks for an appointment.

Today I was greeted by a gentleman by the nameOf Ernesto to get my tire fixed I believe it had a nail. He did tell me that his tech was leaving soon and that I had to come back the next day! I did express that I was only off of work this day and needed to be serviced as soon as possible.He was finally abel to get it done. During the check in he was nice and professional till the moment I mentioned it was covered under my sequoia coverage, his demeanor went from nice to bad and you could see he was very upset after him mentioning that it was late on the east coast and he would not Be able to confirm coverage.I saw he was visibly upset to I told him if my repairs were going to be such a hassle for him I could return a different day. I spoke to the service manager and expressed my concern with Ernestos customer service. FYI... service sucks here it's always negative. I've had to wait for a previous tire repair for about 3 hrs and I had to bring back for new tire because they did the repairs incorrectly.

This review is long overdue. Outstanding customer service experience at Visalia Honda - five stars!From beginning to end we were treated with kindness and professionalism at this location. Upon entering either the lot, front door or service department you are greeted, acknowledged and questioned about your needs (very quickly).Edgar Torres from the service department we want to thank you. Edgar is humble and very well-spoken. He goes out of his way to build rapport with his people while explaining options/steps of servicing of a vehicle from beginning to end. Thank you for representing your customers well. No matter how busy this location was he makes sure to treat you as a priority. If you have any questions regarding service or maintenance call and ask for Edgar. Ultimately, this Honda location takes care of things.
