If my choices were a backyard mechanic with dirt floors in his garage or Visalia Fords service department I'll take the backyard mechanic any day of the week. I purchased my truck at this dealership and I felt I was treated fairly BUT THE SEVICE DEPARTMENT!!! 4 times I had to take my truck in for the same problem the dome light not working and a couple other small electrical issues and they had my truck a total of 9 days and I get it back and the problem still exist. So I take it back in again! and Erin the service manager comes out to my truck and says just push this button right here and the dome lights work just fine with the most smug and snotty attitude you could imagine. That button happens to be on the roof so it's not like someone accidentally pushed it, it was done on purpose and yes I noticed the dome lights were not working when I picked up my truck but after 5 days in their service department I didn't have time to mess with it and i wasn't surprised they didn't work. So I guess they like playing games and you couple that with their incompetence and their poor attitude it's not hard to see why they get a one star review. 4 trips and a total of 9 days to fix the dome light god help you if you have a serious problem. And I needed some off warranty work done and was quoted $250 and then when I said go ahead with it they told me it was over $400, these people are a joke so my advise is to take your vehicle any where but here. And take a minute to read the reviews and the overwhelming majority of them on the service department are one star. WOW!

Just went by to look at see what kind of cats they had and they happened to find the car we were looking for. Donny introduced himself and was able to show us the cat we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable of the features of the car. We sat down and expressed to him what we were looking for and that we didn't want to be here forever. The dealership was able to get the deal done and we weren't there too long. These guys were great. You are looking for a new Ford for and see Donny!

I had work done on my 2020 Ford Ranger (rubber trim replacement for passenger side door area). When I picked it up at the service location, my rear passenger seat was left on the floor along with the plastic large panel that tucks underneath where the seat goes, along with several of my personal belongings strewn all over the floor and the rear driver side passenger seat burying my Bible that was displayed on the seat itself (which offends me!). This was unnecessarily called for and I will not accept it! Unfortunately, I was not aware of this mess until I drove home because there was really no need to utilize my rear passenger seats to do a very small job.I filed a complaint on the phone and spoke with the female service manager (acted like she didn't give a dam) and rudely hung up on me when I was trying to speak with her. She stated she would meet me in person at the service area upon my arrival but instead had the male receptionist there to pass the buck and do her dirty work to him instead! She refused to speak with me in person, I guess because I was so irate on the phone she was too scared to face me! If that's the case lady, maybe you don't need to be a "service manager" then! The male receptionist walked me to my truck so I can show him what the service guys did to the back seats of my truck. The receptionist just slapped the seat in its place without fastening it (clicking it into place to lock) and said it was fixed! He must've really thought I was that stupid to know it wasn't fastened correctly! Not only did he do wrong by telling me that, I could've filed a lawsuit to Groppetti Auto for negligence if something should have gone wrong in the future and my passenger would have fallen off the seat with the seat itself incase there was an accident! I'll remember that next time that happens! Finally after, the receptionist said he would have my truck driven to the back to have the seat reset and locked with the large plastic cover under it, took about 5 minutes. Then, instead of having the receptionist approach me in the waiting room to tell me it's done, he instead just gestures his finger at the doorway telling me to come outside as I was sitting in the waiting room area.I've had supervisor jobs myself in the past and if something had gone wrong, I would literally go out of my way to see the customer "in person" to correct the problem and with a heartfelt apology and some type of complimentary service for the wrongdoing. Anything to make my customers happy...that's the old-fashioned "American Way", not like today's standards where customers get treated like dogs! Sick world we live in today unfortunately and personally I'm fed-up with it!Normally, I'm a very nice individual who just asks to be respected, but this BS ruined my entire day! Disrespect me, I'll disrespect you! Don't mess with me!Most folks don't let this entire fiasco bother them because they choose to be "stepped on" by other people, not me! I'm a proud U.S. Army Veteran with two tours of duty that deserves his respect by others. But if I get treated like a "dog" the way these people did, I will raise a stink you won't believe next time! Shame on all of you at Groppetti who spit on Military Veterans with total disrespect! I'm very disgusted with all of you and all of you should be ashamed! Not to mention disrespecting my Bible that was placed nicely in my back seat!Mr. Groppetti, you need to start doing some serious firing and rehiring the right people, they're slacking off on you! Unless you're in on it too, then shame on you as well! And no, I do not recommend Groppetti Ford to anyone, unless they want to get treated like a dog the way I did. Military Veterans considering them, think again...you've been warned my fellow comrades!QUIT SPITTING ON MILITARY VETERANS!!

The worse place to bring your car to get fix. The service advisers Maximo think they have more knowledge than the technician RIGHT AWAY. The worse part when you talked to the service manager she believes customer are wrong and backs up the service adviser saying that I was being rude to him. lol WTH. I was being upset cause right way Maximo said to take my car where I bought it . But Ford warranty cover wide nation. But gets even better service manager Arin Partida tells me all 2020 f150 have the problem with the driver side Cowl panel being warp that is normal. No repair need it. I think Visalia Ford need new service manager and service adviser.

Worst experience. Had to buy a part that is indefinitely back ordered. No one told me my check engine light could come on. Now I'm panicked that something else is wrong. Crappy service manager Erin said "it's okay to drive with your check engine light on as long is the car is running fine" as if she would do that with her car. They have no availability for weeks and are not willing to get me when I was just there last week and spent almost $500 and still have to spend more once the part comes in. Horrible customer service, but according fi Erin it is not.

We found a car online that we were interested in buying. We were told by Donny it was a Demo car and he'd get it in the next day for us to see. After doing research on what a demo car is, we realized it is a "new" car that their Vice President is commuting in. While we were still interested in purchasing we were told it is still considered new and NO discount would be given for the 2,300 miles that have been put on the car. It was also not available to see because it couldn't be brought it on the day we had arranged to see it. A car that has been commuted in to and from Clovis is not a new car just because it's your Vice President who drove it. Disappointing experience.
