I have never had a bad experience in this store. I have been here four times for various reasons, and each time I felt the employees did everything they could to assist me with whatever issues I had. They are very understanding and kind, and most importantly I never felt like they were talking circles or trying to take advantage of me in any way.
I used to go to the Verizon store in Dinuba, but an employee there cost me 700$ due to making multiple mistakes related to payments and promotions, and the employees of this Visalia store have been nothing but honest, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very impressed with customer service at this Verizon. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my problem solved. I would recommend Verizon customers come here and NOT to a Verizon franchise store because you will be disappointed.

Understanding service, not enough seating. A 60 year old handicapped sitting on the floor for 30-40 minutes.

I went in paid cash for everything. It took a long time but it was done. I took my phone back to show that the glass had cracked and I want it fixed or a new phone. I paid for the insurance. The guy argued with me that it was the plastic cover, I know what broken glass & how it feels but he would not accept that. I’m also suppose to be getting a discount on my bill but so far every phone number I have been given for this store does not work and it says that. How in the hell do I get what I need? I personally don’t want to go deal with anyone there. I’m also qualified for Life Line but when I asked they said there was an error and I had to reapply again to get that. I have been with Verizon for years when I was single, married, etc. never had this much trouble to get what I need. Looking at canceling everything and go buy a prepaid phone. Or Consumer Cellar at this point!

I wouldn't even give a one star. I went and got a quote from this store and then told them I was going to att for another quote, came back to set up service and they marked my account as fraud and they would not help so we went to the Verizon store on Dinuba and they got ahold of fraud and apparently micheal and Carlos from the Mooney store marked us as fraud after proving we had a legit license . They were extremely rude people from the Verizon Mooney store . After 5 days of no service they agreed to fix it and gave us a quote at $336 a month for 3 phones. Needles to say we are att customers now, att came to our home and brought our new phones and set it all up at home without having any troubles.

Carlos is a great customer friendly representative. He always puts customer first. He is a very knowledgeable both technical and about Verizon’s business, respects customers time. He is an asset to Verizon, Visalia and the Verizon! Thanks a lot for your service Carlos.Update 5/18/2023I happened to visit this store again to get my new phone activated. Wow, again an outstanding experience visiting this store. Michael helped me with all my questions and he went an extra mile and called Verizon technical team to get the best service to the customer. Michael is so patient, knowledgeable and works for the best interest of Verizon and its customer.If I were on the Recruiting Manager, I would make sure he is in my team and company. Thanks a lot Michael. You are awesome!!

I am super happy with the service provided by Verizon and the employees of this store. I have always had great service with Verizon. I made the awful mistake 5 months ago to switch to AT&T because they were offering a better deal at the time but that ended up being the worst decision ever. AT&T messed up so many things, they never provided me with what they had promised and at the end it cost me way more switching to them. All that to say I am sorry extremely thankful to be back with Verizon!

I had the worst experience at this location and l was mislead and scammed by their fine print contract then l wanted a refund and got no compensation for the extra fees l was paying for their services that l didn't need or wanted . Beware of their over priced services and additional charges l paid off my IPhone 13 the following month then l closed the account and l'm using my work phone now until l find a better provider to go with
